I feel this High Absorption CoQ10 stopped my arrythmias
I was just about to have ablation surgery for my heart arrythmias when I started taking High Absorption CoQ10 500MG and they stopped. I didn't realize why at the time until I ran out again and the arrythmias came back. After I reordered and started taking them again, they went away again. Works for me and I'm very pleased with it.

I can tell my levels of energy increased since I've been taking CoQ10 it is a great compound and has also help me to keep up in my day to day activities, reduces a bit the fatigue and help me to push a bit more in my gym seccions, the quantity can vary I've taking the 500mg and the 100mg, the difference depends on your body, start with a low dose after a few months you can give it a try, normally I suggest people to give it a few months or weeks for vitamins to work as every body is different, but this one hit me right away, reducing the effect of the fatigue and increasing alertness, don't push your body to limits and rest well, the vitamin will not take your tired body and mind completely, it just give you a small boost to perform better in the day or when you need to be awake

Extortion price hike and low quality
Good but the price is extortionate this is illegal here hiking the price up so much is just greedy. When I got these like many other reviewers they were all stuck together inside I had to tear each pill apart when I needed to take. I will not be buying this brand again due to the greed & low quality of the product that stick together. Many others out there much better quality.

Damaged product
The capsules were completely stuck to each other and would not come out of the container. Had to throw away the product as it could not be used and was eligible for returns, even though the cap states 24/7 returns and refund
