I'm a 5'10" and 240lbs male what size do i need?

Ima be honest...find a tape measure and measure yourself. I did that an found out what size to buy(should have the option to check when looking at the trimmers) I'm 6'0 215 and I got a Large(my stomach measured 41-41.5...kinda snug but I guess thats the point.

Yes! I go for walks or do 1-2 mile jogs with the waist trainer on. I lost almost 30 pounds within 3 months. I do eat a lot of fruit and not a ton of carbs but I try and get 10,000 steps or maybe adding in a 20-30 minute workout (I watch videos on YouTube)
