Excellent cleaning product
Works as described. Good value. Cleans more effectively than white vinegar and doesn't leave the odour.

More effective and without the chemical after smell.
Excellent product. Far better than the liquid lactic acid type. Our kettle had started to show scale as we live in a hard water area. The directions stated to half fill the kettle, boil it and tip a third of the box in and wait 15 minutes. The kettle was completely clear of scale after the 15 minutes. Thereโs also no after smell like you get with other descalers.

Good purchase.
Iโve never used this before to clean my dishwasher and washing machine. Great product, the machines are lovely and clean. I will definitely buy again.

Great cleaning power.
The cleaning power of this stuff is great. I use it mainly for the kettle as we are in a very hard water area and the limescale is terrible. It is easy to use and you can just pour as much as you need, Good value for money as you get 2 boxes and it lasts a while. There is no smell to it. You can alter the strength by using more or less product. Overall, very good!

Good but badly packaged
Product fine, but could be packaged in a way that doesn't mean the box is crushed during transit leading to the contents leaking out.

Worked on my kettle and toilet. But the container is not resealable.
Positives: - It worked to descale my kettle (along with white vinegar) which hadn't been descaled for like a year (video of my kettle not uploaded). The edges of the kettle are still brown though, so that may need to be brushed. [ dri-pak website/cleaning-products/citric-acid ] [Demonstration video starts @ 0:00 seconds] - Helped clean the brown stains at the bottom of my toilet along with white vinegar. [Video starts at @ 0:42 seconds] - It doesn't smell all that much. Much less smell than white vinegar at least. - Just one ingredient is used. "Contains Citric Acid of plant based origin" (on the box) "made of natural acid found in citrus fruits" (website). Negatives: - Not resealable. "Half fill the bottle with water and boil. Unplug, add approx 1/3 of the packet and leave for 15 mins. Rinse thoroughly. Wipe down the outside of the kettle. Wipe up any spills immediately. Repeat if required." My issues with the instructions: - Do they want me to use a measuring beaker or something to find out 1/3? I just took a guess and used the rest for my toilet. - If you boil your kettle first and then try adding in the powder from the box, the steam will get the powder to stick to the box (I didn't know this would happen). Hence they should suggest boiling the water first! - They didn't link a video on the Amazon product page. But they have it on their website (video uploaded to this review starts @ 0:00 seconds). They turn on the kettle AFTER adding the citric acid.
