Sierra Natural Science - SNS-209 Systemic Concentrate -1 Pint

Gnats disappeared within two weeks. Just needed two watering cycles. Also use Olivia spray to put some on affected plants. Needed very little of it too.

So far so good, it was easy to use the instructions were clear to use. I diluted the sns-209 systemic with water and fertilizer and my plants love it the best part is it repels those nasty pests from attacking my indoor plants. The smell it’s not that strong which I like. If you are dealing with mealybugs , thrips, fungus gnats and spider mites this might be the solution to keep them away from your plants.

Takes a long time to work. I use it prophylactically now. For active infestations, I would use a different systemic. However, this one is truly organic, OMRI certified, and safe for pollinators and hummingbirds.

Works very well well, just a bit too expensive for me

I have been using this product for all my plants (1 in soil and others in semihydro) for 3-ish months now. Throughout these months I have found seemingly thrips damage on some of my plants but no signs of the pest itself. Last week I found thrips larvae on a new plant (on which I haven't been using this product), and the next day on another plant next to it (been using the product for 2 mo). So far I haven't found more thrips on more plants after treating the affected 2 with insecticides. I was thinking maybe I had thrips at some point within my collection, and the product had deterred them from continuously feeding on my plants so they gradually died off. So when a new plant with tasty leaves arrived, naturally pests appeared. I know the situation doesn't sound ideal, but I'm happy enough with the product's performance. I think this is better than nothing for those growing in semihydro and those who can't buy the systemic granules (which I am both).

SNS 209 is a safe and effective organic pesticide. Was able to get rid of thrips and now use every watering as a preventative. Haven't had any pests since. Also seems to be the only systemic that is effective for spider mites that I am aware of.

Draining soil, spraying foliage, once a week for three month - spider mites and aphids seem not to notice it at all. Indoor plants here.

I bought this to help with fungus gnats and now half of my collection has spider mites, which I’d never had before. Now I have spider mites and fungus gnats. Thanks.
