Don't really notice it doing much
I enjoy the company, and have had great benefit from using their Pine Pollen and Tongkat Ali, but this herb really doesn't do much of anything for me, unfortunately. I'm an entrepreneur, so the write up of this herb really grabbed my attention. Sometimes I need to scale my energy level down a bit, while also being able to maintain focus. While it DOES do this, it's not much of an effect at all. I'd say it can bring me from a 10 down to an 8.5 or 9, but it's not enough to justify to use this regularly.
