Dell Optiplex 3060 Desktop Computer | Intel i5-8500 (3.2) | 32GB DDR4 RAM | 500GB SSD Solid State | Windows 11 Professional | Home or Office PC (Renewed) (i5 | 500GB SSD, 32GB RAM | Content Creation)

This item has been an excellent replacement for my 2014 Dell which finally gave out. This was very reasonably priced, and it arrived very quickly. It was well packed and secure. The set up process was so easy, and everything transferred over from my old computer. This PC is so much faster. I have not had any issues, and I use it for several hours a day. I chose this particular Dell because of the good reviews given this vendor. I am happy that I did. If I am ever in the market again for a computer, I would definitely use this company for another refurbished item.

Great computer so far. Hope it keeps working well for me. Nice speed . It was I great condition. This one has Windows 11 pro. The last one I got didn't. Wouldn't recognize hard or software

Works okay as a email checking machine. The DVD drive is not high end for playing DVD's. Does not have Bluetooth installed, I missed that in the product explanation and ASSUMED that all modern Win11 computers have it. A real pain in the neck to try and find how to download it through Dell. I would not re-purchase this computer again.

A decent computer for home use

All in all, I am happy with this computer. I did have to get a Bluetooth adaptor; it never occurred to me that a computer would not have that--a minor thing, though. Included were a keyboard and a USB mouse which were very useful until I got the Bluetooth working. I suffered through Windoze installing itself and demanding all kinds of actions on my part. Once I got to the desktop, I downloaded Balena Etcher and a Linux iso file, prepared the flash drive and installed Linux to replace Windoze. I like the size of the computer enclosure and that it has a CD/DVD drive; I hadn't noticed that one was included. I appreciate that Amazon has good refurbs to work with. I am very pleased with this purchase. The footprint of the computer enclosure is such a great small size. I would definitely seriously consider refurbished products in the future.

I've had this computer for a couple years now posting this review and it's still working fine today

The computer works fine and came in good condition. However, it did not match the photo or description. I was expecting a larger unit with additional hard drive bays. The unit I received was old, small with no bays for adding another hard drive. I could not use it for the intended purpose. The unit was supposed to have built in Wi-Fi. Instead, it had a cheap USB Wi-Fi. I decided not to return it as I could still use it.

Why buy brand new when used is just as good. Plenty of RAM, Good size storage capacity. Well packed, no defects found. Brand new mouse and Keyboard. Highly recommended. I would get another one. But let's hope the price come down a little bit more.

It came fully functional and like new, excellent product until a few days after the return window shut me out of a refund. However I called support anyway and was walked through diagnosing the problem and given free education in the process... in the end, the vendor offered to replace the unit! I certainly didn't mind since it is a very good quality machine. Hence the 5 stars review.

It came out of the box and would not turn on and no lights not even the fan came on and i checked everything I would recommend to be careful before buying it
