Very helpful.
I purchased this when I broke 2 transverse process bones in my lower back. It helped with the pain when I was up moving around.

Back Brace
This is a nice, well made brace. If you have a small waist, like me, it does tend to edge up while wearing. Still quite good. Important: Order a size larger than the chart indicates.

Very well made with clear instructions unfortunately I am short-waisted so it was too wide for me. Wish it had worked but I needed to return.

Bad velcro, goodish product
Product is pretty useful, really helps keep the lower back tight and secure. However, it is only as good as the velcro holding it together. The velcro in my brace lost its grip maybe a week after I got it, so I cannot really use it anymore. Keep this in mind when you buy it. Maybe I got unlucky.

Great stabilizer!
This was a lifesaver for me as I waited surgery for an unstable Lumbar 4 - 5 joint. It is very sturdy with very strong Velcro. It comes with several stays inserted but removable. I only needed to keep two in place. With the two additional elastic straps, I always felt nice and snug when I pulled them into place. If you have a very short torso, this may be a problem when sitting for any length of time.

Works wonderfully
Does a great job at holding your back straight. I can adjust the tension in different ways which is great. I don’t use it often because my pain went away, but I use it to lift heavy things so I don’t get the pain again. It’s well made, works wonderfully.

Get a size larger. Its a great belt, but it doesn't fit me. Gave it to a friend who is smaller than me
