I am absolutely Blown away by this product, firstly the communication with the seller was fantastic and secondly, the shipping was astounding, delivered much earlier than expected.Now on to the product, it is so well made, it is heavy and well built with the password set to what i had requested.It is such good quality, I cannot wait to see it opened at Christmas and the recipient try to solve the riddle, I am sure it will be one of the talking points of Christmas.Yes, as per some comments a few dials are a bt stiffer to move but this is part of the product, you need to apply some effort to move the dials.It is much better than the pictures do it justice and the secret compartment is bigger than I expected, much easier to insert my prize.The rings that came with it are a nice touch but I did not buy it for that, I purchased for the Cryptic side of it and the memories of the Da Vinci Code.I really cannot relay just how happy I am with this, I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed if you purchase this, Top marks to the seller for a great product and superfast delivery service. Just adding to that, the packaging is fantastic with some lovely touches (a gift bag, a lovely box and great padding)I don't write many reviews but I had to for this one.

This is such a cool gift idea. I bought it as the final piece of a home made escape room. It's very well made and high quality. My only gripe is the instructions to change the code are a little confusing (they seem translated) but once you figure this out it's easy to change to a word you want. I didn't need the rings but this could be useful to some

Very surprising the quality of the rings, a real bonus. The cryptex looks the part but can be a bit stiff once your own password is set. Still very enjoyable at a reasonable price. I like it a lot.

Works in similar way to combination lock. Looks great with it's antique finish. This is an all metal lump that feels heavy and solid and works well.The metal rings are a nice touch they haven't tarnished and are scratch resistant.Overall I'm happy with this mini Cryptex It's well made and good value.

This thing is so much sturdier than I thought it would be. Its solid and feels really good quality. I'm actually using it because I was planning to get my sisters family a PS5 for Christmas, but current stock is a no go and its not looking likely, so I've created a cryptex style riddle to find the word to open this, and just put the money for one inside. It should be a bit of fun on the day and they need to work for it. Plus, there's exactly the right amount of letters for the code to be 'PSFIVE' ;)It is designed for relationships and there's 2 lord of the rings style rings that come with it and the inside has a heart shaped cut out but.. all of that is easily looked past. Will make a good safe storage for trinkets too when (if) they solve my riddle and get it open! :D

This Item is much nicer that i anticipated, it is a solid metal object and very tactile and fun to just handle. The size is also nice, about the size of a thin coke can that are out now.It comes with all the instructions and tools required to change the code if needed (screwdrivers and screws). Also a couple of little neclaces to hang the rings on if you want, a nice little touch to go along with the two little bonus rings that are hidden in the cryptex. (although the rings are just coloured metal toy rings).Very happy with this product.

Bello, un ottimo acquisto. Fatto in metallo con all'interno già presenti due anelli (da signore degli anello) inseriti nella gomma piuma (scarsa qualità). Seguendo le istruzioni risulta abbastanza facile cambiare la password. Perfetto per gli amanti dei rompicapo (o del Codice da Vinci)

Ich bin Fantasy Rollenspieler ( Pen&Paper) und wollte für meine Gruppe schon lange Cryptex Rätsel verwenden und mit dem Kauf erfüllte ich mir den Wunsch, es nicht nur erzählen zu müssen, sondern den Spielern etwas in die Hand drücken zu können.Zu dem Cryptex selber. Es ist erstaunlich schwer. Massiv und gut verarbeitet. Die Ringe lassen sich leicht drehen und mit kurzer Eingewöhnungszeit läßt sich auch das Lösungwort einfach einstellen.Es sieht bombastisch gut aus. So viele Details sind herausgearbeitet... z.B. der Rand ist mit Ornamenten verziert und die seitlichen Kappen sind wunderbar plastisch gearbeitet. Ehrlich... es sieht eher nach 300€ als 35€ aus. Die mitgelieferten Ringe sind niedlich, aber sie sind nur Beigabe. Gebrauchen kann ich sie nicht wirklich... obwohl.. vielleicht als Ring der Unsichtbarkeit für einen Dieben und einen Magierring für den Magier... (hihi... da kommen frische Ideen :) )Zu dem Innenleben des Cryptex.Viele haben geschrieben, dass es schwierig wäre das Lösungswort zu tauschen.Blödsinn... wer einen zugegeben "sehr" kleinen Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher ( Feinmechaniker ) besitzt, der ist absolut in der Lage das Lösungswort innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu tauschen.Das der Hersteller sogar noch ein Paar Ersatzschrauben mitliefert ist sehr sinnvoll...die Schrauben sind schon sehr klein und sollte mal eine runterfallen beim Austausch des Lösungswortes... so ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, bei einem Teppichboden, unmöglich diese ohne Einsatz eines Magneten wieder zu finden.^^Und da der Cryptex sechs Drehringe besitzt kann man jedes Wort mit sechs Buchstaben als Lösungswort eingeben. Flucht, Gebiet, Baeume, Traene, Blumen, Voegel oder Geduld ( das mag ich besonders gern ) sind da nur einen sehr kleine Auswahl. Verben gehen natürlich genauso gut: lieben, tanzen, lachen, feurig oder weinen, um ein paar Beispiele zu nennen.Es würde sogar mit Wörtern funktionieren, die z.B. nur 4 Buchstaben besitzen,wenn man links und rechts ein "X" hinsetzt, z.B. xVIERx oder xGOTTx.Alles in allem bin ich überaus zufrieden gestellt und überlege sogar mit noch 2 zu kaufen...Alleine als Dekoration im Schrank sieht das Cryptex schon megagut aus.
