Got it for my young daughter who doesnt eat well and can't take any medication/vitamin via oral. She feels sick with anything like this. So, this patch is a perfect solution for vitamin intake. These patches are a must if you have trouble swallowing pills or taking vitamins orally makes you nauseous. They do work. No more nausea.

I like these. I don't how effective they are as I take a whole lot of other supplements as well. I like the variety of vitamins and herbs packed in this little patch. The corner edges sometimes peel off a little but they stick well and all day when I place them on the chest area and upper back area. They are definitely a good alternative for those who have a hard time swallowing capsules.

I have used this product with the white fabric-type of patch and the clear plastic-type version. This one does not adhere as well as the clear patch. UPDATE: I have applied this patch to an area that does not come in contact with clothing and it adheres very well. When I had it on my arm and wore a long sleeve shirt, the corners of the patch would roll up.

I have not had bloodwork to see if these actually work, however I can say I seem to feel better all around and have more energy. The only thing I don't like is how hard it was to remove the patches to apply, by it being clear it was hard for me to see the patches and remove them from the plastic card. Eventually I got the hang of it and used my arm as a dark background to see where the patches were on the plastic card. I do like that they are clear and seems to stick well.

A great alternative for people who are sensitive or can not take oral vitamins. It has very good adhesion and I have never had one fall off before it was time to remove. It also offers a large variety of different vitamins in a single patch. This brand also offers other vitamin patches that may have varying amounts of or different vitamins altogether depending on your specific needs.
