This 31-piece Torx and E-Torx set has been excellent and is honestly one of the main reasons I’ve been able to work comfortably on my Mercedes. The fit on both the Torx and E-Torx fasteners is solid and inspires confidence. The bits seat properly without feeling sloppy, which matters a lot when working on older German hardware where you do NOT want to damage bolt heads. So far the bits have held up very well with no unusual wear or twisting under normal use. The case is organized clearly, sizes are easy to identify, and the overall kit feels durable rather than disposable. Very good value and a genuinely useful set to keep around if you work on European vehicles.

Nice assortment that comes nicely packed in a plastic case. So far they have been as durable as other more mainstream name brands. I used two of the larger sizes to crack the fill/drain plugs on a Subaru cvt transmission, known to be notorious for being hard to break loose. I used a breaker bar and a pipe…torx socket and plugs survived with no rounding or deformation! However, don’t expect smaller sizes to be as durable…I mean that’s just physics though. An excellent value for durable well made tools.

This torx bit set is really a good add to your tools. It has all the common sizes plus some you might not even know exist, until suddenly you run into the need and NOBODY has the right size. So it's very handy to have around your shop. The kit comes with both male stud and female socket type pieces, and it is organized nicely in a fairly compact rotomold case. The pieces do move around a little bit, I found 3 of them loose when it arrived, but in your normal every day handling, it should hold everything nicely. It would be better if they included a small piece of foam inside the case to keep everything snug. Durability seems ok so far. The individual pieces are not quite as heavy as you'd want to feel in a heavy duty set, so i wouldn't put them under too much stress, but for your average needs in a small shop, they should be just fine.

Nice looking set, none of the sockets arrived missing. Light oil coating to protect from rust. I bought these for home use, they appear strong enough for impact tool usage depending on what your removing, the E sockets have good depth. The torx bits have slightly rounded edges for easy insertion but that can also cause easy bolt stripping if not used carefully. Are they every day garage quality? The E sockets appear to be, the torx bits probably are also as long as you used them carefully. I haven't had a torx bit that didn't strip bolt head or break off yet. Even the more expensive snap on or Matco brands. Anytime I see a torx head bolt used on something I cringe. Especially when used on high torque applications. A high quality socket that is well seated must be used. I plan on keeping this set for home use, I may try them in my dealership later when needed, to really test durability
