How do you set headset to discovery mode? I've tried holding down the large button (+/-) but that doesn't seem to work.

I just turned it on and it started discovery!

Will this automatically re-join a paired phone after going out of range?

Yes. It will tell you "out of range" and then when you come back into range it will re-connect.

which is best for laptop and dragon naturally speaking for accuracy?

I use it to answer phones and it is very clear.

Do you recommend it to drivers?

I liked mine so much, I bought my husband one and he is a truck driver. Great noise cancellation! Barely any background when he has his windows down. Would definitely purchase these again if need be. The talk time is amazing!!
