I love this computer. Before I set it up, I made sure I had all my passwords printed and that everything was backed up, in case I needed it for this computer. When I set this one up, I signed in and everything transferred. I didn't need to look up one password to sign into all my apps; it was just all there when I signed into the computer itself. It has great performance, enough ports for what I use the computer for, great storage capacity, and a sleek appearance. It's extremely easy to use, and I got a great product for the money I paid. Would 100% buy again.

I have to say this is a kick butt computer!!! I was a little bit dubious about buying it, because of looking at some of the reviews. But I’m so glad I did! I ended up buying one for myself and one for my husband. We were upgrading from Windows 10, and we are definitely not disappointed! The 32 gig memory is definitely a plus, as my husband and I are blind, and we use screen readers, which are definitely memory hogs. I would definitely recommend buying this! You can never go wrong with Adele after all.😁

Let me tell you a story about this company, United PC TEK. FRIST don’t do business with them! $440 later I received one of their higher end PC referbs. I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. Couldn’t get online or transfer my files from my old PC to the new one. I gave up and hired a company to set it thinking I had lost it. (my mind) $80 I learn that my problem is that Win 11 OS was a “HACKED” copy. There for you can’t load any up on it. Thankfully Amazon is taking care of it… A Cautionary Tale: United PC TEK Once upon a time, a hopeful customer decided to invest in a refurbished high-end PC from a company called United PC TEK. After spending $440, excitement turned to frustration as the new machine presented a series of challenges. The first hurdle was connecting to the internet. Despite numerous attempts, the customer found themselves unable to go online. This was just the beginning of a string of issues that left them feeling overwhelmed and defeated. In a moment of desperation, the customer sought professional help, hiring a tech company to resolve the problems. To their dismay, the technician revealed that the Windows 11 operating system installed on the device was a “hacked” copy. It was running well but crashing at least once a day I had to return it. I'm not good with tech stuff but that's just me. The keyboard it came with many buttons didn't work and caused screen to glitch. I purchased a separate keyboard and mouse which gave much better functioning. The only issue was the crashing every time I used it. Usually just once each day.

Much faster than my old computer. Boots up quickly, loads programs quickly.

Works great, and for the price I would happily buy again.

Excellent PC for the price! I have not had any issues with this tower. It always works and there are no glitches at all! It's super fast for my line of work. I work remotely day and night and am always on the computer working on multiple platforms, and have never had any issues.

Ça fait une semaine que mes enfants l'utilise et il marche a merveille. Très rapide. J'avais de la difficulté a repartir le disque dur mais la recherche d'une solution est en cours. Je recommande.

We ordered two identical refurbished Dell OptiPlex 3060 SFF PCs for business use. While one unit works perfectly, the second unit has a hardware issue and only detects a single display, despite using the same monitors, cables, and setup. This caused delays in deployment to our employees. Delivery was also delayed by a couple of days. Overall, mixed experience due to inconsistent quality between units. Hoping for a smooth replacement process.

Been using it since last summer. Great unit, no problems. Quick to load programs. Bought it to replace windows 10 because of windows threat of not supplying security up-dates. My previous unit was a Dell refurbished OptiPlex with windows 10 professional that I used for 7 years. **NOTE THAT THE ILLSTRATION SHOWS A DRIVE PORT, IT IS EMPTY, HAD TO GO TO BEST BUY AND purchase a new drive (about $50.00) to download a few discs
