Good taste. A bit too sweet but at least it is not sugar. The consistency could be a bit thicker so it doesn't drip from the toast. Good companion to peanut butter.

For me this was a new flavour. Cinnamon in a jam sounds weird but the taste was excellent. Just try it. You will love it.

Whole seeds and whole cinnamon pieces in there
Okay, so as a jam, this is primarily intended as a spread,right? But you tell me, do you find the crunch of an errant cinnamon piece or an apple seed, or even worse, the plastic-like seed cover coming into your mouth an appealing prospect? While spreading one has to constantly pick out these things, which is frustrating because the jam is otherwise quite delicious. Just sweet enough to not be overly sweet, and not bland either.

This does not have stevia in it, sugar readings are increasing!
This is HORRIBLE. I bought this for my mother who has TYPE-1 diabetes, because it says that it contains ZERO sugar and only stevia. But after eating this my mother's sugar level rose from 80 to 430 !!! ? This is an insanely huge change in readings for a jam which claims to have NO sugar in it ? I will not recommend this product to anyone, as it is not sure if they are using stevia at all in it.
