I am extremely picky with my tools and it takes a lot to make me switch from one I've been using for many years to another if it is still functional. I switched from my Milwaukee multi-bit screwdriver to this one. I absolutely love the compactness of this tool. I also love that the bits are concealed but extremely easy to get to. The shank can be short or extended, then removed and inserted in a 1/4" impact if desired. The bits fit comfortably in the quick connect/disconnect head and fit nearly every screw I've tried with no cam out by hand or drill. The only thing I cannot speak on is longevity but I will 100% update this review in the future about that. Overall. Impressive and quality. Look forward to using it for many years!

So I’ll just come out and say it I think this is my favorite bit driver of all time. I have a couple of those carabiner style clips to carry a lot of my more specialty bits but for my every day, I keep two flats two Phillips and then a bunch of hex bits I swapped out in the carousel. The ease of use with this is absolutely wonderful with just the push of the button It slides out and you have access to your most commonly used bits. The slots seem to retain them very well and they’re easy enough to get in and out. The handle is very comfortable. I know some people don’t like WERA‘s handle design but for me, I find it to be one of my favorite. This is the larger handled version just so you’re aware which I really Prefer as it gives me more grip. The shaft on this is also wonderful as with just pulling down on the little ring and it shoots out. It’s wonderful to have adjustable sizes and length so it’s not a stubby but you can have shorter for tighter areas or if you need a little extra reach just press the button and you’ve got it. The bit retention is also fantastic as it’s got that little lock ring at the top which means you don’t have to ever worry about your bits, falling out or worrying about a magnet or whatever failing. This gets used every day and after six months, I’ve not had any problems other than I did misplace the shaft one day when I took it out to clean it so I just ordered another one. These can seem a little pricey, but I will say the quality can’t be beat. You can beat these things around and even if you do managed to break it they have a pretty good warranty as well. High-quality German tools definitely beat out the cheapie plastic ones that you find in most of the big box stores. This is not the ratcheting version. I do have a one the new Klein ball grip ratcheting ones that I’m trying out that I like, but I tend to prefer non-ratcheting screwdrivers. I have put a decent amount of torque on this and has yet to break as I was a little nervous at first, but for most of your every day and even some harder task, this will work fine. Now, if you really have something stuck in there, I would recommend getting a dedicated driver, but for quick every day general maintenance tasks around the plant, This is great as then I don’t have to carry several different drivers with me at all times.
