Loved every second of this story! Dani’s inner monologue felt so raw and relatable. The side characters stood out to me and truly made the world being created in this book feel so real! And I’m going to REPEAT this book will resurrect you from any book slump you could be having!!

This is a good clean romance. Its definitely a YA book. Its got such a cute and sweet storyline. Its a friend to lovers trope. It follows the FMC and MMC from high school to college. She is being his fake girlfriend to his sisters wedding. The only thing I didn't like was the fmc was very insecure and she kept saying it. The idea got very redundant. I would recommend the book though.

I was really excited (but also nervous) to start this book, worried I might not like it. But trust me, it’s absolutely worth it! I found myself kicking my feet every time the male main character appeared, and I loved how the story was written in such a lighthearted way. It’s refreshing, especially since so many romances nowadays lean toward darker themes, forbidden love, or enemies-to-lovers plots The little details the author included made the book feel extra special, and the main character quickly became one of my favourites. She feels so real and relatable which made reading her story even more enjoyable Yes, there are a few cliché moments, but honestly, that’s part of what makes the book so sweet and comforting. It’s the perfect story if you just want to relax, escape, and forget your problems for a while. I’d especially recommend it for new readers or anyone learning the language, since it’s both fun and easy to follow Overall, I really loved this book and highly recommend it, (and I will definitely will be getting the other book from Liana Cincotti!)

i really liked it! such a good story. but 2 stars off because i bought the used very good version and like it came with oil on the side? and it has a like floral kinda scent. almost like somebody submerged one half of the book in like those scented body oil. but beside that love the book, so cute.

This book was one of the best rom-coms I have ever read! It was super sweet and had no spice, which is hard to come by these days. The miscommunication between Dani and Levi was the one thing that annoyed me a bit. Spoilers Ahead! During the prom scene, when Levi didn’t understand that Dani had said that she loves, Dani shut him out entirely instead of talking to him once more. I understand that was what drove the plot but it could have been a bit more of a simple misunderstanding that caused everything else to happen. Overall, 5 star book for me. Loved the tension and banter between them!

“I’ll buy you flowers every day for the rest of my life if it makes you this happy.” if you're looking for something sweet and hopelessly romantic with yearning, look no further. i enjoy a fake dating trope, but combine it with a longtime reunion w a former best friend who was an unrequited love and set it in nyc, and i'm eating it up. The Lover and the Archer, they’d call it. The girl who kept falling in love, and the boy who could receive love from whomever he aimed his heart at. i liked how dani was at school for fashion bc it took me back to my fashion construction class days in high school (honestly was SO lucky to have that) - it's a fun industry to explore as a career/study for fmc that i haven't really seen much. sometimes dani did have that "not like glamorous girls, i'm into vintage and different" thing going but it wasn't overwhelming. I’d be lying if I said I never thought about where my hands would take me across your body. levi was definitely a soft boy mmc, it was so clear he was head over heels for dani but it made them being ridiculous about each other funny and the tension heightened. also he writes POETRY in FRENCH?? hello, dreamboat!!! i do think the plotline of him and the ex bella could've been stronger esp as it fizzles out a bit but i didn't care for her character much anyways to begin with, so i'm not complaining lol. “Because when you find out the person you’ve been in love with for your entire life loves you back, you’ll spend the rest of your life making up for lost time.” there is a bit of grief dealt with as both dani and levi have lost their fathers, but it's not a main focus and doesn't overshadow the love story. “You intoxicate me, Daisy. The scent of flowers lingers on you everywhere you go, and I always want to follow” overall, it was a sweet romantic read and perfect for spring! ✿

Being for real, I really enjoyedthis one. Chemistry was there all over and they got reading until i finished it completely

Always love to support a self published author! The miscommunication will drive you crazy. And Levi’s perspective at the end is random and out of place. But overall cute, page turning romcom.

Love love love this book, the fake dating is everything to me.

I was captivated by this book from the first chapter. The plot,the characters, the everything about this book just made me want to giggle and kick my feet. The characters are relatable, funny and such brilliant role models for young readers. Liana has done the unimaginable, created a funny loving rom-com book that is so deep and meaningful, yet so happy and hopeful. She has proven that kindness, love and honesty are the most important factors of a relationship

This Book does not just look cute, the story is also very cute! If you are looking for a cozy love story then this book is the right one for you. It's an easy read, with some feeling and more feelings and maybe a teary eye and it's super worth it. I recommend this book with my whole heart! The Story follows Daniella, a college student majoring in fashion design and our girl is struggling with many relatable insecurities, and like any 22 year old handles her struggles with some overthinking and spiraling. She is very talented and smart and that makes it so sad seeing her self doubting herself. But like, I get it. Everyone would. That's why I was so happy to see that she has some amazing friends and family to push and support her. Jia and Gabe were an adorable combo of teasing and loving, and we just love a true friendship shown (consistently) in a book. It has been too long since I read any convincing friendship in a book, so this made me super happy. Levi, our love interest, is one Hella green flag. Right from the start I totally understood why Dani swooned for him. He is selfless, supportive, protective and not afraid to show his love for family and friends. His interactions with his little sisters is just adorable, the way he showed his love for Dani in so many little ways hurt my heart just a tiny bit. And Dani's Name is Daniella... my name is Danielle... so maybe I felt this book 2% more then i usually would... hehe
