Product arrived and one of the bottom corners had come apart. Obviously cheaply put together. The glass would inevitably fall out.

I had a memorial casting done but didn't like how it was delivered so looked for a reasonable and special way to display it. Great shadow box - casting fits great and I can add a plaque to the bottom to make the display complete.

Very nice, easy to use. The frame is real wood, as stated, with the cherry veneer. It's very easy to use and looks quite nice. The backing is held on by 4 tabs (one on each side) which easily rotate into a groove in the frame. The hanger is the 1" wide saw-tooth hanger. Both of these things make it very easy to use.The backing has 3 layers: the velvet (or velveteen, or whatever it is, it's very much like velvet), the moderately hard layer that are easy to put the pins in but hard enough to keep them there, and then a layer of harder wood to stop the pins from going out the back unless you really push. It hangs nicely and looks great.It is quite deep. The outside width is probably 3". Check the listing for inside dimensions but I'm sure it's around 2".It's a good value. Good depth, all of that. I doubt you'll find any better without spending a good deal more.The picture is more practical, to show everything, than flattering, but I think it looks great hanging on the wall.

Unfortunatel, received this item with the edges broken and scraped up. I got it put back together and tacked the edges instead of waiting for a replacement and the possiblity of another broken frame.

This was packaged well, but still had a few surface-level scratches on the clear plexiglass. Barely visible once we put items in it for display. Easy to use, looks great, and nice price.
