my exterminator used “maxforce complete granular”, would this be it or is there stronger stuff out there exterminators can buy but I can’t?

Why doesn't this kill big head ants ? i put this bait down 3 weeks ago and it didn't kill them , what can i use ?

Big-headed ants are one of the labeled ants controlled by this, however, it is also attractive to roaches, silverfish, crickets and about 15 ant species in all so if other insects get to it first, it will need to be re-applied if what you're attempting to control is still present.
