Not Good.
SCAMMMM. I used these insoles for my air force 1s which makes me 5โ10. I add the insoles to my shoes with the 4 layers and it makes me 5โ11 3/4 when itโs suppose to make me 6โ1 1/2. I did remove my original shoe lift from the shoe but that wouldnโt make a difference. DONT BUY THIS. SCAMMM. i paid 12.99 for this BS๐ค๐ก

Unstable
Great idea. Nice cushion. But too narrow. The heal is slim and unstable. Easy to twist an ankle if you're not careful. The flexibility of adjusting the lift is good.

Pretty decent for the price.
I bought these to try and even out the leg height difference for my daughter who wears leg braces until her new pair comes in. These are pretty good quality. I do not like that they aren't very wide, so I ended up cutting the one we did not need to make a wide insert for her, which works in the end. I do wish they came in wide though.

Unless you have small feet, it will not benefit you, if you have wide feet, this will not work for you.
