Due to being severely overweight for majority of my life, both of my meniscuses in my knees are shot! I’m no longer overweight and haven’t been for a while, but it left lasting damage to my knees. Both were operated on, but over the years have gotten worse until I started using this! My sister turned me onto it who suffers from similar problems with her joints and it took about two weeks and I noticed a huge difference. I have been taking it consistently for over two years now and my knees have never felt better! I’m usually really skeptical about supplements, but this stuff really works! If you were in doubt, don’t be it really does work! I tell everyone possible about it! And this is definitely not a paid review! Give it a try I promise you will feel so much better!

Love these! They work so good. My husband and I take these and they are Easy to take and we can feel a difference when we don't take it. Get these for sure.

I like these. They seem to be a more straightforward supplement than a lot of other options are. I really like that they are a lower amount, because it's easier to adjust to what is appropriate without taking too much (especially with magnesium, don't need digestive issues!). Interestingly, I don't notice the difference with these in situations where I've noticed the difference with other magnesium supplements in the past. For example, I usually will take extra magnesium after doing something atypical that is likely to make my muscles sore. I don't with this. At the same time, it seems like this might stay in my system longer, so I'm not sure that it's so much quality or accurate amounts as it is the rate at which this one gets absorbed and metabolized. Since my doctor suggested taking this nightly, that's actually a good thing for me. However, I want to note it in case anyone is looking to take these on a more as needed basis. The pills are on the large side and are tablet form, a little chalky but barely. I don't have any issues taking them at the same time as other pills, but I want to note this in case anyone looking at them has trouble with that sort of pill. I only occasionally have noticed a chalkiness after taking alone.

This product GIVES YOU 100% of the daily value per 420 mg. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT!!!! &A GOOD PRICE!!! -- Other supplement marketing can be very deceptive. What I have learned. When purchasing supplements look on the back information and find the percentage daily value. These items are often deceptive. It will say that it has 500 mg and you look on the back and see that it only has 34% of the daily value. Looking on the back is really the only way you can tell how much you're actually getting.

Thick packaging. Good vitamins if you struggle to fall asleep.

These DEFINITELY stop nighttime foot and leg cramps. I was getting up as many as five times nightly with horrible cramping that didn’t easily go away. For me, the cramps are a side effect of my asthma inhalers, so I have to use the inhalers. Starting the first night I saw a HUGE improvement and have ordered several times.
