JLab Go Work 2nd Gen Wireless Headset - 55+ H Bluetooth, Mic, Multipoint

This is probably the third pair of headphones like this I have purchased because the others have snapped at the headband. I'm pleased to say this have lasted much longer and appear to be of a robust build that stand up to daily use. The quality of the sound is good for both work calls and music but those looking for high quality headphones for music may wish to look elsewhere. Even though they are on the ear, I find they do a good enough job of drowning out external sound when on and are comfortable to wear for extended periods. The microphone quality is good and the noise suppression ensures that other nearby sounds are not picked up (occasional dog barking, mobile phone going off etc). There is a handy mute button on the side which lights the end of the microphone up red when applied. This is really handy if you are taking a call on the move and don't want to have to keep returning to your computer to mute the line via the call software. Overall I am very happy with these and would definitely recommend them.

I bought this in RESALE, as it was describe as having a little cosmetic damage. I could not see it, so; really happy. Great product for the money, but I was annoyed a little about the contents not having the USB to Jack, or the USB to USB-C, although it did have the USB-C to USB-C. I would never have bought it if I had known this, and it wasn't in their description of fault in. I've given a 5 star as the earphone are quality.

I have only just got this headset and have some initial issues but otherwise it is a high quality product. Well built with good sound quality. Certainly good value for money compared to the cost of equivalent headsets I have seen. My issues: 1) The Odd shape of the USB Bluetooth connector is a problem. Its USB-c and the connector fits my laptop OK and works fine with the headphones. But because its T-shaped it spreads out either side. In the design of my HP laptop using the connector covers the second USB-C port. This means I can't have the laptop charging via USB-C whilst the Bluetooth connector is plugged in. Its annoying but easily fixed with a USB-C extension lead. Double check if your USB-C ports are close together. if they are you may want to reconsider purchasing this. (wired via USB-C using the cable provided isn't a problem). 2) The physical mute button on the headset is very handy but when using MS Teams I can't click on the mute button - it won't stay muted unless the button on the headset is depressed. Its just a matter of getting used to using the button (which is very convenient) Vs clicking in the Teams app but it is annoying to have Teams functionality removed by the headset's design 3) I appreciate this is not an entirely fair criticism but the Noise Cancelling is too good! I work from Home and when wearing these I cannot hear what's happening in my house very well. We don't have a lot of background noise I need to cancel but I do like to be able to hear a knock at the door etc but with these headphones on I can't tell what's going on in the house.

Great quality headset that lasts a full workday. In the event you forget to charge it, you can either give it a quick boost charge or use it while it's wired up. Good quality and can be linked to a couple of devices at once so can switch between calls and playlists if you like!

Not a bad product but has a few limitations. I use it on a work computer which has not internal bluetooth drive so i use the USB dongle supplied, it's quite a long piece which if you have USB sockets next to each other then it can block other ones which can we annoying if youre limited with USB sockets. If you use this USB connection then you cant use the on headset answer button which is a little annoying as thats part of the reason i wanted this on. After a while the mute button started working intermittently. It would mainly work in the mornings and then not work in the afternoons. I had some feedback from the people i speak to about sound quality saying i sounded far away sometimes or "it sounded like you were in a cupboard" i sit very close to the computer (its desk top so within a couple of feet) so i don't think it was the connection but maybe an issue with the headset or microphone? I do get a very good range from being away from the computer, i can easily go upstairs in the warehouse to about 10 metres or so and not have any issues with it breaking up at all. i can even go through a few doors and still hear clearly with no disruption. I use it full time 9 or so hours a day and the battery lasts pretty well, just a simple USB C connector and i charge it over night on my desk when not in use. Overall not too bad, but i am looking at changing it due to the issues i'm having but only when i find a decent one i'll change it and keep it as a spare

This is an absolute must have, easy to use, can be use wired or wireless light weight comfortable, and has a mute button on the headset, I recommend it to anyone that can use the earbuds or just to listen to music, (great frequency response) well worth the money.

Initially I thought these headphones were good, that lasted around 30 minutes when I tried to use bluetooth instead of the USB-C wifi connection. I quickly noticed that the 'Connect to bluetooth' instructions was to hold the power button for 5+ seconds. This is a major design flaw as the Power off feature requires you to hold the power button for 2+ seconds, therefore you are never able to connect bluetooth as the headset turns off instead of linking. The second and most significant issue with the headset is its inability to be consistent within teams. Im automuted as I enter meetings despite not clicking the button on the headset or even selecting mute on teams. So Im unmuted by both devices but unable to speak. Furthermore if the headset decides to finally work and take over the mute control of teams as it is meant to I am locked in a state of being muted despite pressing the headphone mute button repeatedly, this is exceptionally annoying as you are unable to mute via the teams app when the headphones are in control of the mute button. Utter piece of rubbish software

As someone that wears a headset all day 5 days a week - comfort is really important. There are light, easily adjustable really soft on the ears and the mic stows away really easily. Sound quality is great. I like the audible and visual mute indicators. Not having wires make such a difference. A charge lasts forever. Bluetooth multipoint is great, switching between phone and PC is automatic. IWe now use this brand as standard at work.

Totally satisfied with the purchase, does exactly what it is meant for. This is a work headset and call quality is excellent. Bluetooth connection to 2 devices is seamless. Switching on the headset, it immediately connects to the last 2 devices it connected. If you need to connect to a third device, you don’t have to manually disconnect from one of the previous devices, connect to the new device and it auto-disconnects from the least used of the two. One thing to note, if your headset is connected via dongle or wired, then it can only connect to that device and no other. Only on Bluetooth can it connect to two devices. Comfort also is excellent, no complaints. We can’t mute/unmute on Microsoft Teams app directly from headset, but that is trivial. Overall a must-buy product at this price range. Please note: this is not meant for quality music listening, please understand the purpose of each headsets and purchase accordingly

Clear sound with no lag. Mute button does not work for Zoom so you need to unmute in app too, but works fine in Teams. Battery is good for a full workdays usage on a single charge.

Uso queste JLab Go Work 2 ogni giorno per lavoro in smart working e devo dire che sono davvero eccezionali. L’audio è pulito e bilanciato, sia nelle chiamate che nella musica, e i microfoni con cancellazione del rumore fanno un ottimo lavoro: i miei colleghi mi sentono sempre chiaramente anche con rumore di fondo. La connessione Bluetooth è stabile e molto rapida, e la doppia possibilità di collegarle anche via cavo USB-C è comodissima. L’autonomia è sorprendente: con una sola ricarica riesco a coprire tranquillamente più giorni di lavoro. Inoltre sono leggere, comode da indossare per ore e i comandi integrati sono intuitivi. Un acquisto davvero consigliato per chi lavora da casa o vuole una cuffia versatile per tutto il giorno!

These wireless headsets are just what I was looking for. They do the job similar to Jabra, except that Jabra also has a dedicated answer button. They are way more comfortable than Jabra, even after a full day of service. I highly recommend these headsets.
