Once again Rigid knocks it out of the park the attention to detail is amazing, quality is 100% spot on I'm not sure if there's anyway to top Rigid Products..customer service is really good as well. I also added a 32" Rigid light bar up top..

Beware! Used Light - Possibly Refurbished
BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been waiting on my new light to arrive so I could mount on my Polaris Ranger before hunting season. I have 2 Rigid cubes on the back that I ordered from Polaris that are awesome. I was so impressed I was looking forward to seeing how this larger Rigid light performed. The item arrived today. I was very disappointed. This is not what is advertised. The mounting brackets were not in the box. The wiring harness had no switch. The most shocking part is that the light appears to be used and or refurbished. The Fins have dust in them and the bolt holes on the bottom have had bolts mounted in them and were corroded. There are dents and worn places on the housing that have been touched up with paint. The box smelled very bad like mildew and smoke and the components of the box were torn. Selling this as a quality new Rigid light is a very bad move. I honestly can't believe this was sent out like this. This was my worst purchase on Amazon to date.

I would recommend this product to anyone who wants quality lighting. It's like daytime at night installed on my Polaris Ranger.

Works great, usually.
Not sure what’s happened to their lights. I have bought my own and installed rigid lights on many vehicles. My other lights are 8 years old and show no moisture. This 10” bar is less than 6 months old and fills with condensation. It’s pretty much worthless when all of the light is scattered by the water droplets on the inside of the lens. I like that the harness disconnects at the light now. That’s an improvement but it doesn’t overcome not being waterproof. Edit. Rigid warrantied this light, no issues. The replacement has been flawless, back to the quality I expect. The replacement has been running fine for years now, been moved to different truck, it’s called my “eff your hi beams “ light. It’s like a plane coming in for a landing.

Great warranty, decent customer service, terrible epro 10 line up...
You truly cannot beat rigid for light output. I also admire their warranty as I am about to seek it for a third time. I have to grade this series low for quality issues. Warranty issues have been handled to the best of their ability but I have yet to get this product in a lasting form. I have two older pods, another epro 10 for a work rig, a sr pro 20 on a personal rig, and an sr pro 10 on another personal rig. I love rigid, cannot believe the issues with this epro 10. Your money won't be a gamble, they outperform anyone and I have proof. I unfortunately can also prove that the warranty is for real...

Holy crap this light bar is amazingly so bright I don't really even need my spots that are located on my pillar to be on. For the price it is worth every penny build quality is superior. The life is extremely blinding. I'm very happy with this and would recommend this 10-in light bar
