Color faded within a month
It was looking beautiful when delivered but color gone within a month and when I am trying to replace it with the same products seller not providing the services as mentioned in products description. Seller forcing me to replace the pendant with some other pendant from GIVA website which I find costlier than Amazon. Also their customer services are very bad, whenever I am complaining, every time they are telling me to upload product and invoice pictures. Additionally they are telling that my email id have issue and they are not able to send email to me even my email id working perfectly with other tasks. Very pathetic service from GIVA side.
