Love these Bala Bangles! They are so stylish, I love the color, you can use them on your wrists or ankles and they add weight even just doing everyday things around the house or your daily walks or just adding them into your work out routine.

Overall okay item
Overall impressed with these. However they can be a little uncomfortable on my ankles. A little pricey as well. Velcro is really strong. Difficult to use on my wrist with a fitness band in place.
