Makes opening jars so easy
I didn’t realize how much I needed this, it makes opening jars with the thin lid so easy. I primarily use them on pickle and olive jars but they work on any jar with the thin lid. Great gift for older people.

This clever little tool is so simple and Yet so effective it’s brilliant. Over time when the grip in your hands weaken through conditions such as arthritis life throws more challenges. Opening jars is I think one of the most frustrating. You can get tools that clamp the lid but then you still need somehow of holding the jar itself. Well. This little beauty solves that. It’s a simple lever that fits under the lid and realises the vacuum which is holding the lid tight in the jar. Simples. It’s also cheap as chips.

I originally purchased one of these after breaking my wrist and not being able to get into jars - a simple tool but amazing - works perfectly. Then my father who has arthritis tried it and was really impressed - so he'll be getting one for Christmas as well. Definitely recommend!
