Won't the can explode when opened after being moved so vigorously

We haven't had any issues. The can is turned in the ice but not so qiuckly there is a problem when opening.

Could I put wine in a jar and chill it?

If the jar is similar in size to a can . .yeah!

Will it get colder than 40 degrees if spun longer than 60 seconds?

Yes. I routinely spin it longer because I like my can cold like it was in a good refrigerator

when i use it ig get stuck and dont spin what i am doing wrong?

Make sure you aren't using too much ice and make sure the ice cubes are not jamming the can from spinning.
