This set of glass drink dispensers is well designed and very practical. The glass is thick and clear, the lids fit securely, and the spigots are solid with no leaks or signs of rust, even after repeated use. They’re easy to fill and simple to clean, making them a reliable choice for both everyday use and entertaining. Assembly requires tightening the spigot from the inside, which can be a bit tricky if you have larger hands, but it’s a one-time task and not a major issue. Because the spigot sits slightly above the bottom of the jar, a small amount of liquid always remains inside after dispensing and needs to be emptied from the top. The dispensers also need to be placed on an elevated stand to provide enough clearance for glasses — especially taller ones like highballs — to fit comfortably underneath. Overall, they’re sturdy, attractive, and rust-free with a timeless, elegant design. A well-made and functional set that offers excellent quality and value for the price.

I purchased item after reading others reviews. It seems there are more than a few complaints about the spigot leaking and I think I understand why. In my case anyway, the spigot came pre-installed. Upon examination it appears loose as I could rotate it fairly easily. As I tightened the nut from inside I noticed the nut was pushing itself into the convex silicone washer so I removed the spigot to get a better understanding. In the picture the inside of the spigot shows the nut, and then a stainless steel convex collar. I assumed the convex washer is underneath this washer against the glass. The outside was correctly assembled with a silicone washer against the glass, and then the spigot. So, in my case the spigot was assembled Nut, washer, convex metal trim/Glass/washer, spigot. In this configuration it will most likely leak, and if tightening the nut in attempt to seal it would then eventually crack the glass. It should be nut, convex metal trim, convex washer/glass/washer, spigot. The decanter itself looks pleasing, and the spigot is easy to open/close and doesn't leak or drip. Of course it will drip a bit after closing the spigot, but then stays dry. The cap has small air slots to allow the liquid to flow freely. The size is perfect being 4" square,and doesn't take up too much space in the fridge.

I wanted a glass & steel spout beverage dispenser and this def delivers. It’s a bit smaller than I realized but it is very thick glass and seems very well made. My only issie and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the spout sprays the water kind of wildly and with a good bit of force. It isn’t a solid stream so you have to have a bottle wide enough to cover the spout or it makes a mess. You can’t just stick a bottle to the spout and go and I’m always in a hurry. You have to be mindful and take your time. Wide mouth glasses are fine and no issues with them. Just skinny top bottles are a pain. One other minor issue is the spout placement. Because it is so high on the jar, you are left with about an inch of liquid that you absolutely cannot get to pour out of the spout, even with tipping the jar forward, so you either waste some when you wash it or have to pick the whole thing up to pour the last few ounces into a cup.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was hesitant to order this dispenser. But, I took a chance, and I’m glad I did! First, it is very solid and well made! Despite some reviews that said they had to install the spigot, to my surprise, it was already solidly attached, and on very tight, no leaks! The lid fits very snug, so you do have to be careful taking it on and off. It is made of thick glass, but you do have to be careful and not sit it down too hard, especially if you have granite countertops, so you hit the corners on a hard surface. The spigot is stainless steel and well made. I mainly bought this because of the size, at 80 ounces, this is the exact RDA of water, I’m supposed to drink per day according to my weight! So I load it with ice, spring water and fruit (strawberries and sliced lemons taste just like strawberry lemonade!) and it works great! Only negative thing is I wish this came with a stand...I made my own so I could fit a glass under the spigot! One last word of advice: Make sure you purchase the “Kook” brand! I’ve discovered on Amazon, that when a product sells well and gets popular, other companies create knock-offs of that product! They look exactly the same, but the knock-off is and inferior version. I have no doubt this is why there are negative reviews of this dispenser! BUY THE “KOOK” BRAND and you will not be disappointed!

This glass container is perfect for storing in the fridge due to it’s narrow size and spigot I appreciate it for storing tea and other beverages . I would purchase again and I do recommend to other.

In general this is very nice and the stainless steel spigot is nearly impossible to find in other dispensers. Our never leaks either and it's been set up for a few weeks. We use ours to hold hand washing water at a child's self-care station. I needed to get something really narrow because the table is so small. I wouldn't recommend this if you have small children using it though (as we do) because if they pull on the valve it will easily tip forward on them. It's better for adults who can put one hand on top while the other hand operates the valve. It's very heavy glass. There is a sticker on the bottom that says no hot liquids. That isn't an issue for me. It's also handwash only, but again, it's fine for me since I'm not putting anything other than water in it for hand washing. You do need to stick your entire forearm into it to affix and tighten the spigot using a little plastic wrench that they include. It's a pretty narrow opening.

Very nice, fits in frig well. 1 I can't use because I can't get the spigot tightened.

Great quality! It was well packaged and the spigot quality is good too. Just need a small wrench to tighten the screw from inside. No leaking.

Vidrio de calidad, llave de calidad, de acero inoxidable y cero fugas!! Tengo 3!! una para mi Downy otro para jabón y el tercero para el vinagre. Si las quieren para su lavandería las recomiendo ampliamente 👌 tiene buen flujo al abrir la llave, les dejo video para que puedan apreciarlo mejor. Entre más llenos estén los frascos más rápido sale el flujo de líquido. 😍

Le distributeur de boisson est magnifique. Très, très beau mais, il a une fissure près du goulot. c'est sans doute une mauvaise production du récipient. La livraison a été très rapide.
