The roller cage is 9" in length by 1.5" in diameter. I do not have the particular Doo-Z roller brush you are referring to but it appears to be the same 9" length though I cannot say if it is the correct diameter to fit the Wooster R017-9. I suspect not.

Hello, would the roller frame screw onto a roller pole extention?

It comes threaded with a screw type fit for normal poles or the quick release catch for Sherlock gt poles (which I recommend also)
