Tastes great, and easy to make in the microwave. A great pre-workout carb source. I add a little salt and monk fruit extract, then do a 50/50 mix of milk and water for the appropriate serving size.

Excellent hot cereal which I haven't had since childhood. I don't know why I waited so long. I simply forgot about it; didn't know they still made it. One corner of the box was damaged, but taped over. I hope no critters got in, in the meantime. This box should have been replaced since it contained food!

There used to be this little metal piece that would make pouring it easier. There is no such piece anymore and water left with a gaping hole. I sometimes can get a little shaky sand it was nearly impossible to be able to measure this and not make a mess. Plus if taste different than what I'm use to.
