It works, but in my pack of 6, one was only half full!

Got Zbiotics for a 2 day music festival! I went pretty hard on the parting, and both morning's I felt better than I have ever going that hard! I do recommend making sure you hydrate before hand and if you can remember during. I did wake up first morning with a slight headache due to not hydrating enough before hand. I hydrated the next day before parting again and the next morning had no headache. I didn't have tummy issues like usual, didn't feel like I had to throw up, and I slept really good. Also, it has a pleasant flavor. I thought it tasted more like lime and lavender kinda. I have recommended this product to quite a few people now. I just bought more for a 5 day festival.

Yes, they are experience. BUT YES, they are worth their weight in gold. These aren’t a gimmick, they actually work. My neighbor introduced these to me, and they make a noticeable difference. I’ve since used these for neighbor get togethers, a bachelor party, a wedding, and a retirement party. I’ll bring one for myself and bring a few more for buddies/family. They all say the same thing, how well they work. The only downside is the next morning I feel like I have bubble guts more than normal, but I will gladly take that trade off over a bad hangover. The bubble guts also go away after breakfast, and only seems to be an issue the first morning after. If drinking multiple days in a row (like a bachelor party), the bubble guts were a non-issue the following mornings. Think of it this way, if you ever have a hangover would you pay $10 to get rid of it? I certainly would, which makes these worth every penny.

Ok, when I looked this up on a bunch of supposed clinical websites, the summary was that it works in a test tube but the company relies on testimonials instead of human studies to show it works in people. They said it could be placebo effect. I am 1000% proof that it really works. Whenever I even have two sips of alcohol, I get red as a tomato and my face gets hot. I had 4 drinks at dinner (usually have 1 drink a month) at a Michelin starred restaurant (tiny portions) and I never got red or drunk. There is literally zero ability to placebo away Asian flush. It has to do with how many Asians lack the enzyme to further break down alcohol unlike many other groups. I took it one hour before the first drink and I can't believe how well it worked. I had previously tried it at a party where I saw them on the counter after I had half of a first drink. I still definitely got drunk and red that time but I didn't feel hung over or bad the next day. I don't necessarily want to use it so I can't get drunk while paying for expensive drinks but I do love that I feel like a spring chicken the next day. That's hard to do in your late 40s. My wife, on the other hand, had one an hour before drinks at dinner and definitely got drunk. She's Caucasian and drinks more often than me. Still woke up feeling great as well. So results will definitely vary but it certainly doesn't hurt. Hopefully, your biology is the type that it helps with. Definitely going to buy a pack for my next business trip where I have to be at social events every night.

I tried this after a friend recommended it to me. I expected a slight improvement in how I felt the next day but wow. I feel so much better the next day after drinking- my hangovers are like I’m 21 again. I don’t want to go out anymore without it
