What is the expiration date on these?

I'm not sure about the exact expiration date but they stay good for a long time. I bought the 10 pack and the last cookie was as good as the first one. Hope this helps. Tom

I can’t really explain the flavor. I first had this cracker on a plane flight. It tasted so good that I wanted to try to buy it and I found it on Amazon. They are not like any other cookie you have eaten. It has a unique taste. I know Amazon sells them in small quantities. You should try it for yourself and see if you like it.

Do these have any kosher certification?

Hello, While we do have Kosher Certification in other parts of the world, we do not have official Kosher Certification in the United States. Thank You, Lotus Bakeries Customer Service

Why this product doubled the price?

You need to look at the shipper, the seller, the location, the options, and probably inflation.
