USA Pan Loaf Pan set 1 Lb, 1 Pound

Not sure why... but I am 100% convince that these brea pans made a big difference in the outcome of my bread. I bake using freshly ground flour that I mill with a Country Living grain mill. The dough made with freshly milled flour behaves much differently than dough made with store bought flour. I was having problems with my bread being ugly and flat. I did not change me recipes at all.... just used these pans, and I got 2 loaves of bread that I would've been proud to enter into any county fair. They had the right level of rise.... they baked evenly... the crust was not too hard and not too crumbly. It may be something with the design of these pans that promoted a more evenly distributed heat? These are the perfect size for a single person that might go through a loaf of bread in a week. There's cheaper pans out there, and I've tried those pans... I finally decided if I was gonna put all that effort into grinding my own flour, I deserve a good set of bread pans... and these pans are great! Save yourself the hassle of trying the cheap pans. I highly recommend them!

The best bread loaf pans I’ve ever used. Non stick. Excellent consistent all over heating. Cleanup is a snap! Worth it.

Love, love these bread pans. I make bread every week and have used such amazing pans. They are heavy and very well built. The bread come out so easily and always perfectly baked. If you are a baking these are a the perfect addition to your bakeware!

These bread pans are superb! They are heavy duty and the inside is coated with silicone. I don’t even use oil and my bread slides out easily every time. I definitely recommend.

I bought my first USA product about 10 years ago, round cake pans. They were good but I didn't realize what I had since I don't bake cakes often. I bought my daughter a 9 x 9 pan and she is still raving about it years later. It is heavier and heats so evenly. I bought the large lazagna type pan when you just need that big pan. Recently, I bought two muffin pans and the muffins fall out beautifully with a small tap. These are forever pans. If I need a pan in the future, I will look only for USA brand.

My old pan did not cook bottom and left it a bit gooey..This one cooks everything evenly. Also, I forgot to butter the pan and when I got the bread out of pan it came out nice, no sticking at all. My bread bakes so much better!

Amazing! I have baked bread for years and these are the best pans by far. I've had these for a few months and every loaf has browned well and has not stuck to the pan. The bread that touches the pan evenly browns which has been an issue with other pans. My loaves have come to temp at the lower time and I haven't had to add any extra time to bake them. If you bake bread regularly, this pan is a must have!

We only noticed after the baking that one of the pan had been damaged before or during the delivery. You can see from the photo that the four corners have some silicone missing in the small dents. It is exactly damaged where the other pan was sitting into it during transport. It is a bit disappointing to pay so much money for quality and get this. I wanted to exchange it but I would have had to send both back and I didn't want to create waste, so I kept them and amazon gave me a 15% discount. I am hoping that no further damage will occur as it bakes perfect bread!
