Can i return scooter if i do not like it? what is specific return policy and warranty? free prime return?

I don't know. I tried to return it - also asked if I could sell it to someone else through the supplier - never got an answer and donated mine to the hospice estate store after my friend passed. You need to attempt to talk with the supplier for your answer.

Picture shows delta style tiller, description says straight handlebars. Which is it?

The GoGo comes with a Delta-style steering tiller and the picture is correct. That's a mfrs change made when the model was updated a couple of years ago.
