I bought this over a year ago and tried to install it a few months back, the hit water side keeps leaking, so I messaged and spoke to amazon customer service who suggested I contact the vendor but the vendor just ignored my message. I purchased two more water hoses and again they are leaking, I will have to return those as well to Amazon but I am now stuck with a faucet that leaks and its pretty much garbage

This product looks and feels very good, and much heavier than others I have seen. There are a few things you should know before you buy. (1) The hot/cold faucets are reversed. The North American standard is hot/left, cold/right. If you install in the NA standard, the faucet handles will be forward facing in the off position. (2) If you install the way the faucet is designed, i.e hot/right, cold/left, the handles have no markers to show which side is hot/cold. (4) The product description says "Drain assembly includes all the accessories for installation", but also says that it does NOT include the pop-up drain. That's sort of contradictory, and to clarify, there are no parts associated with the drain assembly. If you don't mind the orientation of the handles, this is a very good product. Good Customer Service as well.
