Ok... I know the first thing people see is the price. Agreed, it's alot of money for a pillow. That being said, this thing is the ABSOLUTE best pillow I've ever used. I'm 60 and suffered from acid reflux for over 20 years. I can't tell you the last time I was able to sleep through the night without waking up because of it, and then I'd have to sit up in bed for an hour or so to let everything settle back down. The rest of my sleep would be restless. Every night. That sucks. In the past week I have slept through every night from the time I laid down at around 11 pm, give or take, till I woke up around 7am. Every night. I don't feel tired in the middle of the day like I used to anymore. My neck, shoulders, and back don't hurt anymore either. Now, when you get it, I'm gonna tell you, this thing is a beast when you take it out of the box (I got the king sized one). It's very heavy for a pillow. It is filled to the max with memory foam, so it's also very big (I took a picture with my hand and arm for context). I like that they give you a small throw pillowcase so you can take some foam out of it to adjust the thickness to your liking (I didn't remove any of the filling). A zipper opening makes it an easy task if you so choose to do that. Again, this thing is big, it's heavy, and relatively firm, but very comfortable. It does cost a bit, but if you suffered, or suffer, from acid reflux like I do, this pillow alone has made sleeping a non issue now. Will it work for you like it did for me? I can't say. I can say it's been a game changer for me, and worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. You need to try this pillow! If it doesn't help you, Amazon has free returns, so it's a win win either way.

Best pillow ever! You can take out or put back as much material as you need. Totally customizable. I love the “bar” for your neck and if you don’t like that feature, just remove the material! Excellent t purchase.

Always woke up throughout the night trying to adjust my pillow to stop the constant aching pain in my neck. It has been 2 weeks without any neck pain!! It takes some time and adjustment, but so worth the investment !!

I've really struggled with finding comfortable pillows but this one is great. The ability to adjust the firmness to exactly what I need can't be beat. The (also adjustable) neck compartments are also very useful and make it easy to switch from back to side sleeping during the night without sacrificing comfort. They don't keep too much heat. They are pretty expensive but I'm hoping it will be the last pillow I have to buy for a very long time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have had this pillow for less than 2 months and it no longer holds it shape. As I sleep at night it twists and all the filling moves the sides and stays there making you feel your head is in a bowel. Adding more filling just makes the pillow too firm and it does this shifting anyway. Packing filling into the support channels makes an uncomfortable bar under your neck and still doesn't fix the problems. I am very disappointed as I had loved my previous Harmony pillow. I tried calling Purple support who you will get if you follow the support links from this seller who recommends adding more filling to the support areas and the pillow in general. Purple will not honor their 100 night guarantee because you bough it from "their Purple amazon team" rather than the regular Purple team. They will also not warranty the pillow because it was bought from the "Purple amazon team." I've never had a manufacture refuse to honor their product guarantees just because you bought it from there store on a different distributors website. Don't waste your money on this, if you are are tempted, buy it from a Purple Store or the Purple Website and not the "Purple amazon" team.

I thought this would solve all of my neck problems, sadly it did not. The inside pilllow is very cool with neck supports (you need to stuff these yourself), you could remove/fill stuffing to the correct height, plus it has a cooling outer shell. Truthfully I have 2 purple pillows and the cooling shell is hard and not very comfortable. I am keeping it, I may use the inside part in my own zippered pillow cover, but the comfort isn’t worth the cost.

It is a decent pillow - fairly comfortable (although not the best I've slept on), and PLENTY of stuffing - I ended up pulling almost half of it out, and have a 2nd smaller pillow. However (1) it smelled funky for quite a while - gave me a headache until that went away, and (2) it is WAY overpriced (even getting a 2nd smaller pillow out of it). I was hoping for a miracle pillow, and it really isn't that. Just another pillow filled with chopped up memory foam. Years ago, Costco sold a pillow with chopped up memory foam that was actually MORE comfortable than this one, and was about $40. Wish they still had it, I would buy a dozen to last me the next few years...
