Buy at Your Own Risk
I bought this for my son for Christmas 2025. It worked great for, 4 months. In May of 2026 the WiFi and internal wired internet both stopped working. I contacted support (only let me via Amazon chat), he had me do things I’ve already done. I even tried to factory restore but it would not allow it. This is now a useless paperweight.

Great PC, Awesome service after sale.
This runs every game we ran with no problems and great speed and quality. We had a minor issue and contacted customer service. They responded immediately with no run-around and handled it better than expected. I don't do many reviews, but thought this seller deserved to be recognized for awesome service.

Good, affordable basic gaming option
My son bought this for himself with his birthday money. It was super easy to setup and the lights are a fun feature. I thought the price was reasonable and has been so far, so good. He uses it for basic internet and to play games, primarilty Roblox.

Bought this gaming pc for my son. Seems to be working well so far. Plenty of power for the games he plays with room for upgrades if needed.

A piece of junk
This is a pos. I’ve had nothing but trouble out of this thing since I bought it. I’ve constantly received a blue screen. The computer would restart over and over but I had to use for it work. The WiFi never wanted to connect. Today was the final straw. My network adapter driver is suddenly missing. I work three jobs and never had time to leave a review. I regret this purchase and am now having to purchase a whole new computer. This POS isn’t with the money.

Read before buying
I bought this PC mainly for Fortnite and gaming, but the performance was not stable at all. No matter what settings I changed or optimizations I tried, the FPS kept stuttering and felt delayed in matches. I watched multiple YouTube and TikTok guides and even tried advice from ChatGPT, but nothing fixed the issue. In actual gameplay it struggled especially in fights and movement, which made it hard to play consistently. If you just want a PC for casual use it might be fine, but if you’re looking for stable high-FPS gaming (200+ FPS), I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term gaming.
