Great replacement for my old drill, and reasonable price

It drill sholes
Replaced a very old, 25+ years, B&D Professional Range drill. Prefer the B&D, but allowing for inflation this drill was cheaper. Not a fan of the speed being variable by trigger pressure. much preferred the B&D's 2 speed gear box &10 speed trigger to give 20 fixed speeds. But most drills in the price range now seem to have variable speed via the trigger. Mains lead is rather short at around half the length of the B&D.

Very impressed for the price, powerful and strong. Bit on the heavy side otherwise can't fault it. Hopefully lasts a good amount of time.

bought this as a drill for my Wolfcraft drill press works good ,no probs with a 25mm wood auger and used it to round off plywood for control knobs ,works good ,as it says it's not for trade but for my needs , occasional use in the men's shed it should last a while ,another good point is ,it's mains driven .
