KINGRACK Folding 5-Step Ladder with Tool Tray,

I recieved my KINGRACK 5 step, folding ladder promptly and well packaged. At the time off purchase, the cost was £68.38 with the supplied discount voucher. You do need to assemble this ladder. Included in the package are easy to follow, instructions. It took me around 15 minutes to put everything together with the supplied tools. The actual structure is made from robust, high-strength steel with has a maximum weight capacity of 800lbs. They where not too heavy for me to move around but if you are an elderly person, you may find that you struggle slightly. When opened, the ladder forms a triangular structure that has a saftey-lock. This ladder comes with a very handy tool tray at the top. (DO NOT SIT ON THIS TRAY) It has segments for tools, a tin of paint, most things that you will use when doing DIY or painting. Along the sides are safety hand-rails which have been covered with soft sponge. This has been so handy for me, reducing the chance of my hands slipping when going up the ladder. The 5 wide steps are anti-slip. The four feet are also anti-slip. These ladders are exeptionaly well priced, even without a discount voucher. They have numerous safety features built in, which have been very important to me when using these ladders. I have used these ladders for the past 4 weeks to do several different tasks which have always made me feel very secure. I highly recommend these ladders.

I bought the 5-Step version which are great for reaching every conceivable household task. They are steady and robust with wide steps providing a great sense of security. The minimal assembly was straight-forward. I like the tool-tray at the top which makes life much easier and saves lots of ups-and-downs. One drawback is that they are quite heavy, so I would advise those that find difficulty moving things about to opt for a lighter set; If you still want the advantages these offer, perhaps opt for the 4- or 3-Step versions which would be lighter and more easily manoeuvred. Overall, I couldn’t be happier!

I had an old aluminium ladder that was getting a bit unsafe. I ummed & ahhed about this ladder but I am so glad I did buy it. I am a fairly fit woman in my 60s and wanted a ladder that I felt safe on. The handrails on this make it so much easier to use. I had to mend the washing line in the garden today and needed to attach the line to a very high pole. The ladder lives in my shed where it stores neatly and compactly as it folds flat. It is easy to put up. I am usually nervous working at any height but the handrail and wide steps really do make a difference and I felt very comfortable. As it is nice and sturdy whereas usually I’d be reluctant to go up a couple of steps on a ladder I felt fine going up to the height I needed to reach the fittings on the pole. Made doing the job so much easier. It is heavier than an aluminium ladder but I am able to move and carry it on my own. I like how I can use it in the garden (on hard surfaces) and in the home.

This has taken 3 days to assemble. The instructions non existent and the diagram so small and ink smudged to make them almost completely illegible. Even after having photographed and zooming in! No easy guide videos for this five step model online either.. So a lot of trial and error going on! The other other negative is that it is quite weighty BUT The positives far outweigh the negatives . It is sturdy, ( probably due to the weight) the steps are wide and not too deep the hand rails also help keep you safe and secure. I love the folding function This would have had a five star review had it not been for the lack of clear assembly instructions .

So pleased I bought. Arrived almost immediately. Well packaged in a large cardboard box. Easy to assemble, only a few parts, simple and straightforward instructions. Sturdy and stable. Fantastic wide rungs. Didn't think I would use the platforn but I have. It's great for scissors, tape and paint pot. Painting tray sits precariously on top! Only downside is they're heavier than my last steps. I'll only be using them for decorating so I wouldn't dream of cleaning them. I'd highly recommend. (66 year old woman)

Solid and sturdy. It is much heavier than I thought but it is safer to use. I am happy with it.

These are pretty solid ladders but I wouldn't say they were lightweight. I even asked my friend to lift them just in case my weeny self was too weak but she agreed, not lightweight! The rubber feet are screwed on which I like as that is why I needed new ladders, the old ones disappeared into the soil, so a thumbs up for those. I only added one handrail as I have a dodgy knee so can't bend it the right way and therefore I did find that maybe because I hadn't got the right umph, but the handrail did move slightly when using it. Not enough to worry me though as the ladders where sturdy and the steps wide enough for a good tread for your foot. My friend might even buy them herself so yes, good enough there. Because of the handrail, they will stick out more on storage so be aware also because they are heavier, hardier to hang. I moved them twice to do a job so obviously little use. They were stiff to open but they are new, also there were spares in the plastic tool packaging to put it all together. At this time, yes I would recommend them

Very strong ladders , nice wide steps easy up climb up and down even with a knee injury. Feel nice and safe when on them. If you have mobility issue and are of a large build and struggle to climb steps then these are for you. At least now i can get all my jobs done that i could not reach before without struggling. Very happy with my ladders

L' Escabeau à 5 Marches est super, les marches étant très larges, il est vraiment stable. Idéal pour décorer le sapin de Noël. Par contre, il est assez lourd, quant il faut le déplacer.

Es una escalera estupenda para labores caseras.

Visto che ho difficoltà a salire su una scala normale, ho acquistata questa per sentirmi più sicura. In effetti ci sono riuscita senza problemi, per adesso solo fino al terzo gradino e per me è già una bella conquista. Spero al più presto di poter spingermi almeno fino al quarto. Ho notato che se il corrimano superiore fosse stato più alto, o meglio allungabile avrei potuto già farlo subito. Questo suggerimento potrebbe essere la famosa "ciliegina sulla torta" e aiutare al meglio le persone che si trovano nelle mie medesime condizioni. Comunque la scala è ben fatta e trasmette sicurezza. Arriva ben imballata in una scatola e l'assemblaggio del corrimani superiore e laterali risulta facile e gli attrezzi per farlo sono già contenuti nella confezione.
