I’ve struggled with mops and steam cleaners cause of struggling with my breathing. This is a game changer it virtually moves on its own and cleans well. Would recommend to anyone but especially if you struggle to mop your floors. I struggle a little to remove the water tank not much strength in my hands but I just get a small screwdriver or knife and just prise it out. Apart from that it’s easy to remove rollers and clean them. Wouldn’t be without it now

I read such good reviews for this mop but I have been so disappointed with it. Karcher is usually a reliable company but this mop is a waste of time and money. To start with, I find the clean water tank difficult to remove and replace, then the cleaning rollers keep coming out. The dirty water container is flimsy and collects very little, leaving the floor so wet that I have to go over it with a dry mop. When in use, the mop seems to almost float over the top of the floor which means that if the floor is not perfectly smooth, i.e. wood , the mop cannot cope, nor can it remove heavy stains, so it's back to an old fashioned mop and bucket for me. Unfortunately I am out of time to return it and the spare rollers I bought. I cannot understand why it has had good reviews,it was even recommended by Ideal Home magazine.

It works, and is fairly easy to use and navigate around the floor. I bought it solely for a stone/tile floor though, so it's disappointing that the stone rollers are sold separately (£27) and leave the included rollers redundant. It would be good to at least have different variants for sale for which one set of rollers are included. It's greatest weakness is battery life: it does not last long enough for a thorough clean of my small kitchen floor in one go. That's compounded by the choice of proprietary embedded battery - I can't swap it out to finish, Karcher doesn't even make one - and proprietary connector on a very short cord. Not that it can run while charging anyway. The small dirty water container fills before the clean water empties, and especially in the presence of any even slightly foaming cleaning agent (even bleach) will start leaking out of the release button, back onto the dried rollers, and out of basically every orifice and behind the container. This means very little cleaning between emptying and washing, which gets frustrating. I mostly like the design of the head though, it's pretty easy to take apart and clean and slot back together - though the main cover could have more positive engagement and it would be nice if the roller heads locked in place rather than just falling off in the sink if you over-turn it to empty leaked dirty water. All in all though, it's pretty handy and manoeuvreable, and does the job.

My new favourite thing! It does a lovely job in cleaning my floors nicely indeed 😀 It's super easy to use. It maneuvers about like a dream. The Best thing is that there is No cord to deal with which is Amazing! The design is Fantastic! Great quality item.... I would definitely recommend 👌

I never knew I needed one and now can't live without it. It's such a handy tool to have especially if you have lots of non carpeted floors. Either for cleaning or mopping up it's perfect. Little pricey but definitely brilliant at what it does.

I find this item deplorable, I am a Karcher fan and own many of their amazing products, However if contemplating buying this item, you will be better off with a more conventional, user friendly traditional style mop head. It simply doesn’t work, as soon as it’s dirty, usually after 5 seconds in a real life environment, if you own 2 cocker spaniels, you need to dismantle the casing to remove the dirty rollers, and empty the dirty water. I wanted to love it, all my other Karcher products are still serving me well to this day. But this a inconvenience as to where you store something that’s not practical to use on a daily basis.
