This laptop is really good for on-the-go studying. Aside from that, this laptop is a handy tool when modding your game systems. If you know what you’re doing, you can have a lot of fun playing so many different games!

I was spoiled having had my Acer laptop all those years till it got old and out of date. Bought the HP for price and screen size primarily, since I use Google and g-mail, not Microsoft and Outlook. It's a very decent machine and very intuitive, as its AI is Gemini. I keep it plugged in on my desk at home, and it hasn't failed me after a year and a half. It's at least as good as my old Acer.

You definitely get what you pay for with this laptop, but be sure to double check your purchase settings before ordering. I ordered the 256GB model with Windows 11, intended for use as a simple work/schoolwork laptop. Here are my notes: - Setup was fairly intensive for a windows device, many apps had issues and I had to restart about 11 times to get all of the prerequisite updates installed after the initial setup. - Keyboard and Touchpad have had no issues - Battery life is as listed - Isn't a special Valentines version of the laptop, simply has a red cover - Instead of having a 256GB SSD it came with a 128GB SSD with a 128GB flash drive in the box - Came installed with Windows 11 S, requiring additional setup to deactivate if you want to install any non-microsoft store apps. Customer service was unhelpful with this. - Camera quality is poor, however is fine for video calls - Speakers aren't high quality, but not bad for the price - Comes preinstalled with apps that took up over half of the 128GB storage, many were unnecessary, but weren't hard to uninstall - Comes with 2 USB ports (1 per side), 1 HDMI port, 1 USB C port, and the charging port

The moment I saw this laptop, I knew this was what I had been looking for. I love red. It was an extra bonus to know I could have a laptop, with great review and great quality. I was all in. I am not experienced with using a laptop, so I am learning as I go. I always wanted my own, so God made provision for me to get one as a gift from my sister. I am delighted. I work in an office setting and deal with computers all day, but having a personal device at home, is different. Luckily, my sister guided me all the way with the set up. After the set up, I was good to go. I am thankful to receive this gift and even more excited that it is of great quality, and it has giving me great service. I would highly recommend this laptop. When it arrived, I was all smiles. Looking forward in receiving great usage from this one device.

RAM not upgradeable. Whole reason I bought this was to upgrade it to 64, as it stated when I bought it...at least they corrected that in the description. For basic needs its does the trick I guess, its no speed demon, I just bought the red one due to the ability to upgrade, last ones available, took a chance, and regret it. Buy something better. I paid this same price an entire year ago. Maybe less. Now its battery is dead, this is a paperweight. I used this about 10 times during the entire time I owned it. The pink makes you think, "I see why!" No, the color has nothing to do with it, its just disguised junk. Soldered-in battery? Not only a safety risk, but a "nope, we connected it just to screw you." So, once the battery goes, you got a tiny, crappy desktop.

For what it is, it's okay. It's nothing like the HP laptop that I had previously and died. This one with Windows 11 built in is insisting that I use it's OneDrive to store my pictures on it's cloud server is really annoying, especially since after the one year free use and unlimited storage is going to cost me $$$ that I really rather spend on eating and keeping a roof over my head. It's as if these A-Holes have a license to extort money from you. Force you to use a service that you do not have a choice in using or not, then bill you later for it. Reached out to HP tech support about internet connectivity issues. (I've ruled out router, internet service connection on other devices, and it has come down to a possible issue with the hardwired network adapter. But the so-called Tech reading from a scripted diagnosis sheet just said it was a software issue and that I had to contact Windows for support. Well, I already know what they are going to tell me... Given that I've already eliminated that as the problem... *Sigh* I hate it when I know more than the so-called "Tech Support" people. Call center wonders following a script then call these people "Tech Support". What a joke.

Things I love: size, screen, red color, price, speed, weight, and windows 11 is included. Things I didn’t love: that it tried to make me pay/upgrade for windows 11 when I first powered it up. I was super confused so I just skipped it and I had everything. Would definitely buy again though!
