I appreciate that it can be mixed with my baby's milk without any trouble. Additionally, it contains a sufficient amount of vitamin D, ranging from 300-400IU daily, depending on whether you are breastfeeding or using formula for your baby, until they reach 12 months old. Although I appreciate that this supplement supports vitamin D deficiency in breast milk, I am confused about the recommended age. The description states that it can only be used from one month old, while the box claims it is suitable for all ages under 5 years old. To err on the side of caution, it would be best to wait until your baby is at least 1 month old before using this supplement. In general, I like this supplement because it is easy to use, has adjustable dosage, and is flavorless. However, I am unsure if it is safe for newborns under 1 month old. Easy to use, can be added to almost everything. Just vitamin D not a whole lot of other supplements which my children don’t really need.

You are not giving people what they pay for, makes me feel as if the substance inside the bottle is not what it is for my children due to the lack of it provided in the bottle. Will not be buying again.

This comes sealed and you fit the included dropper. It says this can be taken by all ages. One depression gives you 5 µg. An adult needs 10 µg a day, so it's one dose for a child and two for the over-fives and adults. This is manufactured in Poland and distributed by a company in Watford. I have used spray vitamin D before, but where the nozzle clogged up and didn't give the right dose. I prefer this dispenser because at least you can see how much is coming out. I don't know if it will clog over time.

Each pump provides 200 IU of vitamin D, which is essential to support healthy development. It's a great way to give vitamin D to children. No complaints about the taste from my little ones (grandchildren aged 4 and almost 2) and they don't mind taking it because the pump looks fun. 200IU is a lower dose than my grandchildren have been taking during the Autumn and Winter period, but with Spring almost here and sunshine too, a smaller dose is necessary until Summer - and holidays and proper sunshine absorption.
