We used this on our top rack carrier, it worked SO MUCH BETTER than the frumpy cloth top-carriers we had tried in the past! Nothing on this flapped or needed to be strapped down more, no extra top layers - and it was exceptionally waterproof for all the luggage we had in it. It's very thick, heavy-duty, rubbery material. Highly recommend!

Easy to install. You can fit a lot of stuff in this. Price is way better than the others this size and the quality was just as good if not better than the more expensive ones.

Going strong for over 2.5 years. Just really pleased with this thing, the amount of storage room/capacity and that it keeps it all dry and dust free is amazing. We just finished up a road trip around 1,000 miles and it rained almost every day and this thing remained bone dry. The overall quality is great even the lashing straps have held up great. I built a PVC frame to place inside of it to help it maintain its shape. At the end of every trip I clean it off with 303 protectant, break down the frame and store it until the next time. Definitely a great purchase.

Took this on vaca during great weather for a 500 mile trip one way. It was a little bigger than the Cargo Hauler we have but not much bigger. It actually worked well because we put crab pots inside and they were a tad wider than the hauler also. We fit everything we needed into it and then some more on the way home, the space was great. (You know how you end up with more stuff on the return trip somehow, this was excellent to shove it in!) The zippers are solid, the material is thick and strong. I had zero worries of the wire from the cages tearing the fabric. Based on quality, size, zippers, material, etc, 5 stars. It survived 1,000 miles, no problems at all. Came home and threw it off the hauler and left it sit for a day. The next day it rained all day. I wasn’t too worried since it said it was waterproof, and if not, everything inside could get wet anyway. The following day, I opened it up - excited to see what happened, and there was a good bit of water in the bottom. I was so disappointed! I thought for sure it wouldn’t get water in it. Now, I’m not sure if it got water in it from just sitting in the rain, or since it was hours of rain, or what. However I do feel like if I was traveling and it rained, no water would have got in. But I don’t know that, at all. So that’s my experience. For that, I had to give it four stars. I would recommend this product, with an asterisk!

The straps are a little puttsy but it was really nice to have this cover on our vacation. Everything stayed dry the whole time.

This bag fits alot. Waterproof. Great for long travel trips in the bed of a pickup truck.

Very nice sturdy bag, well made thick material, the straps that come with it are definitely a bonus.

I bought this to keep cargo in the back of my truck bed safe and dry. On the first camping trip, loaded bags, pillows, clothes, blankets inside the cargo carrier bag and as soon as I pulled out of the drive way the rain started. Everything stayed dry while in motion. Once I reached my destination the rain stopped. I unloaded most items and left a few things in the bag that I didn't need that night. I zipped up the bag and made sure to pull the rain flaps down before leaving in the truck bed. The rain started again later than night and went until the next morning. When I unzipped the cargo carrying bag in the morning there was 2 inches of water inside the bag. The size and thickness of the bag seem fine. I put a lot of items in there and it did the job with light rain and driving, but if you have to stop somewhere I would make sure there is nothing inside you don't mind getting wet. Waterproof, rainproof, weatherproof, this cargo carrying bag is not. Water resistant, drizzle proof, lightproof, maybe. Recommend for the size, don't recommend for keeping items completely dry. Just watch the weather and make sure you don't leave anything inside that can't possibly get a little wet.

This is the perfect bag for anyone using a hitch cargo carrier. Purchased to use for a camping trip. Much bigger then anticipated but fit perfect. Able to stack 2 plastic bins, cooler and tent with room to spare. Zipper and Velcro flap kept everything dry even in Thunder storms driving. Will use this for Many trips to come and will buy again if this one wears out.

Well constructed, waterproof. Has velcro to seal and heavy duty zipper that can be locked for security. Good purchuse.

J'ai fait 5000kilo avec cette poche et c'etait super Difficile a manier en hiver car la cuirette durcie et c'est son unique point negatif retenu. Je n'ai cependant pas utiliser leur sangle car je ne voulais pas prendre de chance qu'elle soit potentiellement defectueuse Impermeable sans probleme. Ceux/celle qui ont eu de l'eau/saleté dedans etait causé a 100% a leur facon de l'installé. J'ai roulé par temps pluvieux, neige, slusche name it et c'est rester sec

I just drove almost 7000km on a road trip around the United States this month. We went through some awful storms, high winds, and dirty roads, and this thing did great. Very durable, and only once did it let a little water in during an extreme weather event in Oklahoma. Lots of room and the zipper works well. I did not use the straps so I can’t comment on that.
