LAUNCH CRP123E V2.0 obd scanner

Brilliant bit of kit, I was using a snap on solus 3 from a friend but it couldn’t do it. So I read up on this and from what I read it could do it. Took less than 5 minutes after updating it to reset the counter on my eloys / DPF fluid tank. This job was gonna cost me £250 at a garage but did it myself for £160 including buying the fluid and this launch diagnostic tool! It’s very easy to use and guides you through why you need to do. Worked on my Citroen and seems to work on a whole host of cars. The free software updates for life was another good selling point! Excellent value for money and also now I have it I can use it on future vehicles too. Highly recommended for the at home diy car enthusiast!

Very easy to use. My Honda 2014 2.2 diesel had a dpf fault but was clean. This thing cleared the fault code very easy. Do not buy any little obd readers for less than £60 quid. Buy one of these first, job done within 30 mins.

Unit arrived fully charged. Had to upload some software. Select what vehicle you want will download quicker. Diesel regen is found under service. You will need to download software no charge for that. It says you need to have 10litres of diesel before you proceed with a regen mine used approx 5/6 litres drove for thr recommended time 30 min and 70mph . Lotes of codes showed up when i scanned that my old unit didnt but mostly historic so cleared all of them. Only bug for me is when it downloads vin number and shows vehicle details it shows vehicle country as USA and couldnt find any where to change. All code errors can be sent to your email to view ans save or print . Well pleased with this unit for the cost

Great item however it has now developed a fault and is useless I have only used it a couple of time and it's only a few months old

Unfortunately did not fit my vehicle. But I could see it was easy to use with great build quality

I bought the unit in May 2024 and have tested several cars. This is an excellent OBDII scanner tool. Unit provides a detailed report with screen capture. Pictures and reports can be emailed from the device. Unit provides 7 reset functions, the service reset is called Oil reset. The OBD Scanner can read and clear DTC codes. Battery voltage can be checked with the engine on and off. The CRP123E V2.0 is quite a versatile OBD II scanner with many functions, well worth the money.

Useless item. Not as advertised. Only 2 reset functions . Bought for brake reset. Now lost €35 because of duties.

È quasi una settimana che sto usando lo scanner OBD LAUNCH CRP123E e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Lo scanner arriva con una comoda borsa, con all'interno un manuale di istruzioni in più lingue, tra cui l'italiano. Il dispositivo non è Bluetooth, ma con l'utilizzo del cavo le scansioni sono molto più rapide. È dotato di un cavetto usb per la ricarica, inoltre l'utilizzo del cavo diretto permetterà di caricare lo scanner quando è collegato alla presa OBD dell'auto. L'interfaccia è quella di un dispositivo Android, alla prima accensione dovete scegliere la lingua, il fuso orario e potete collegare il dispositivo ad una rete wifi. L'interfaccia è molto user-friendly ed intuitiva, nella schermata principale ci sono le tab per tutte le funzioni dello scanner. Una volta collegata la presa OBD all'auto, parte la scansione automatica del numero di telaio, e riconosce i automatico marca e modello della vettura. Cosa molto utile è il database dei codici DCT di guasto, mettendo il codice potete sapere a quale guasto è riferito. I pacchetti diagnosi sono innumerevoli e praticamente per ogni marca di auto. C'è poi la possibilità di poter acquistare ulteriori funzioni nella sezione Mall della schermata home, ciò vi permetterà dunque di poter ottenere pacchetti più specifici per le varie marche d'auto. Va comunque detto che le funzioni di base che offre questo scanner sono più che sufficienti per un uso personale e professionale del dispositivo. Dal video e dalle foto che ho caricato potete capire meglio quali sono tutte le funzionalità di questo scanner. Sicuramente è un acquisto che consiglio, già l'OBD 2 che acquistai un anno fa mi è tornata molto utile in più situazioni, quindi questo scanner è un ottimo upgrade, che può essere usato sia per uso personale che professionale.
