Great Vitamin K2 with MK-4 and MK-7. Refrigerate upon receiving!
Vitamin K2 (without K1- Yay!) is becoming an increasingly important supplement to take. I really like that the soft gel casing is made of Coconut Oil which makes it very easy to swallow and no bad aftertaste. When I received it, I immediately placed the bottle in the fridge as it stated to do in the directions to alleviate any stickiness that could develop from transportation in the summer heat. There has been no stickiness in my batch. I've been taking K2 with MK-4 and MK-7 for a few years now and really like how it's an additional tool in my health regime.

Best value for the appropriate dosage.
This is one of the very few Vitamin K2 supplements more than 100 mcg in MK7. According to my research, combination with vitamin D3 is not advisable, and 100 mcg of MK7 is not enough. There are very few products that offer higher dose. This product has a total of 600 mcg, and 180 softgels are enough for 6 months. This has the best value.

Natural gel cap
There is no synthetic capsule. The coconut smells wonderful. I take them with magnesium after a meal and have no side effects of stomach upset. The gel caps are easy to swallow. I love them.
