Love these pool floats!
The canopy is really nice to keep the sun off. Although, they don’t cover your feet so keep that in mind - I put sunscreen on my feet to help. Easy to inflate and they keep the air without deflating over time. They are very comfy. Only con is they sometimes get water in them and can be hard to drain. This is the second pair I’ve purchased. The last pair lasted several years before the straps to raise the canopy deteriorated. Great quality!

Comfortable Pool Lounger – Relaxing Float with Shade Option
I picked up the SwimWays Spring Float Premium Recliner, and it’s quickly become a favorite for pool days. The recliner design is really comfortable, with a backrest, footrest, and even a cup holder. It feels more like a floating chair than a typical pool float. The canopy is a nice addition—it gives shade when the sun gets too strong, but it can also be removed if you want full sun. The mesh seat keeps you partially in the water so you stay cool, and the whole thing is stable enough that you don’t feel like you’ll tip over. Pros: Recliner-style design with backrest and footrest Removable canopy for shade or sun Built-in cup holder for convenience Mesh seat keeps you cool while floating Cons: Takes a bit of effort to inflate the multiple chambers Canopy provides partial shade, not full coverage Overall, this is a well-designed, comfortable pool lounger that makes relaxing in the water easy. Perfect for long summer afternoons.

Perfect for people that need shade!
This float is just what I needed. I am very sensitive to the sun, but absolutely love to float in the pool, lake and river. It is easy to blow up and to put the shade up and down. I think it does need better snaps because they are plastic and I can see them breaking. It is extremely comfortable and love the mesh you sit in so you are in the water. You can have your feet up or submerged in the water. Overall great product and would recommend. Update 9/12/25: I have used this quite a few times this year and its awesome - so comfortable and it keeps the sun off me. Just a FYI if using it in a lake - the canopy is like a sail and the wind will take you sailing so be aware and you may need an anchor lol. Oh and it is so easy to blow up.

Love raft but...needs design improvement
I love the canopy but....there should be a way to secure it and hold it down when you don't want to use it. The canopy drops underneath the float filling it with water and it's hard to move the raft in the pool. If they would put more clips to hold it tight underneath the raft, it would be better. I tried a chip clip and it works out of the water but the water movement unsnaps the clip.

It’s ok :-/
I just used the float today for the first time, and it had burn holes on the side of the canopy. It inflated and deflated fast, and floated well. The only things I didn’t like involved the canopy, the feature I wanted most in a float. When the canopy is in use, it doesn’t really stand a chance against the wind and will “blow over” or bend inward. The straps holding the canopy to the float are attached to the netting, which I feel would rip eventually from frequent use and strong winds or rough handling. I think the straps should be able to be tightened down or adjusted to combat the wind, and attached more securely to the netting to prevent tearing there. Also, when the canopy isn’t in use, there is no way to secure it to the float so it’ll eventually lower into the water, and the canopy could get caught by rocks or pulled by the current. The float has ultra fast inflation and can fit into the carry bag it comes with, but the company somehow missed the part of securing the canopy when it’s not in use. Would I buy this again? Probably not. I would probably get one without a canopy next time.

Cannot recommend
Used this once and shade popped out of its receptacle on one side within an hour of use. Put it back in but now it’s wonky and will not hold upright again. Unfortunately, it had stayed in his box and I didn’t use it until yesterday and the window closed for returns this past week I guess. It was pricey and now it’s kind of worthless.

So relaxing!
Love this! It’s easy to blow up and very, very comfortable to lie in. I bought it for the lake and tied it to the dock so I can float for hours. Seems to work great for adults and children both. Love the drink holder! I got the version with the sunshade, which is great for keeping the sun out of your face. I’ve had the float for a couple of weeks now and it has held up well.

Soooooo Comfortable!!!
I Highly recommend this inflatable! I was the envy of sun bathers at resort in Mexico! This is a great float to have especially when you don’t have to pack it back up to bring it home on a plane lol. But if you do take it on a sun vacation that involves a plane ride, do not open it prior to leaving on the plane and arriving at your hotel because it can be very difficult, if not impossible, to manipulate it small enough to put into suitcase for plane ride. We were unable to bring it back home because we couldn’t make it small enough to fit in suitcase or into the provided carry bag. It is very easy and quick to inflate and deflate. No pump needed. It was incredibly sturdy and comfortable. Easy enough for up to 70 year olds to get in and out when able to stand in water. There are 2 ways to use it; sitting/laying in/on seat OR standing in the float opening and floating holding the footrest. The float provided great relief from the direct sun and was incredibly Comfortable! The only negative is we couldn’t fold it to get it into the provided carry bag, so I couldn’t pack it to take back home on the plane. But, despite this, I was happy to have brought it with me and used it for the 7 days of our sun vacation and content to gift it to another guest and pass on the delight.

Almost perfect collapsible lounger, just lacks product. Robustness
SwimWays Spring Float Premium Recliner with Canopy Pool Lounger, Inflatable Pool Floats Adult with Fast Inflation for Ages 15 & Up, Sky Blue So I picked up this pool float lounger... Main reason why I picked it up is because it has a fairly deep looking canopy to hide under the shadows of a bright sunny day. The lounger actually collapses into a fairly decent circle and into the plastic case that it came with. It takes a little bit of juggling to get it back into the bag but you need a couple of practice rounds to twist it....and Turn it and fold it into the circular form of the bag. There are two 1-in inflation holes. One is situated in the foot area and the other one is at the back of the mini raft where the back rest is. Thankfully it's a one-way valve. So as you inflate it and stop the inflation it doesn't deflate. Literally takes 2 to 3 minutes to inflate with a electric pump. The best way to deflate it flat is to get the electric pump in reverse mode and suck the air out actively. And that takes no time. The cup holder on the side is fairly useless because it's too small. That's too bad because it would have been really nice to have a functional cup holder in an inflatable... To be fair, I have never had an inflatable with a functional cup holder. . I think you can fit a skinny Pellegrino soda can, but that's about it. The canopy is pretty nice. Functionally fantastic. The canopy can be put down or up... Whether you like the sun or you want to rest in the shade. There is one concern with the canopy however. The canopy is hoisted up and two straps connect to the main part of the raft, plastic snap buttons. I can easily see the snap buttons wearing out until you can't prop up the canopy anymore. I would have much preferred some kind of plastic clip or carabiner plastic clip onto a plastic d-ring of some kind... Oh well. If the snap button ever does wear out. You will need to do some DIY. Just an opinion I have is that I could easily put a rivet on both ends and then use a carabiner clip to attach the two.... Just thinking ahead. In terms of the comfort... It's quite comfortable actually. You have the ability to lounge and rest your feet or put your feet in the water in the opening. By actually appreciate that a lot more than I thought I would. Overall I actually do like this canopy raft pool inflatable. It is easy to inflate and collapse and travel with. My only issues are that of product robustness and the fact that the cup holder is useless. Hope this helps

Great sunblocker but warm!
We have the non-canopy versions and thought these would be good for the really hot days but be warned you get quite warm under the canopy. They should have made a vent behind your head to let some airflow through. We may cut our own. Otherwise these are great floats.
