It suddenly stopped working properly and is stuck in Recovery Mode, showing the cable/computer screen and refusing to start normally.I have only used the phone under normal conditions, and I am very disappointed that such an issue has occurred after only four months of use.I would appreciate it if you could please check my order and advise me on the available warranty or replacement options. I would prefer a replacement or appropriate warranty solution, as the phone should not develop such a serious problem after only four months.I can provide photos/videos of the issue and any other information required.

Bad quality refurbished phone.
Was a bad quality product and was having bug in the phone with blue light appears mid of the screen and every 30minute with it switches off with blue light and I booked return and they collected back the device.

ممتاز جدا ولاكن الشاشة الوانه باهته نوعاء ماء + مادري من الجهاز ولا ولاكن ادا دخلت الاعدادات وا حطيت الايكلود ودخلت معلوماتي الشخصيه الشاشه تعلق لاكن طفيت الجهاز وشغلته وماصار اي شي بعده والشاشة مهي حقته الاصلية كيف عرفت لان اذا دخلت يتيوب ووانا حاط الون اسود يطلع لون ازرق + في طبعات انصح بالمنتج ويدعم ايضا الشركات السعوديه مثل استيسي وغيره والجودة ممتااازه وجانب كانه جديييد والبطارية جتن 100 :::: تقييمي الكامل 8/10 النقطتين لان الشاشة مهي اصليه وتتهنون ❤️🔥
