I love this thing. I'm a nurse practitioner and am not grossed out by touching my babies bottom (honestly, no one wants to think about where my fingers have been). What is annoying to me is having the water-proof barrier ointments all over my fingers, not to mention how much is wasted on my fingers. The people who say it's easy to wash off must not be using a very good product, because the point of it is to protect the skin from moisture. Anyways, this product keeps my hands clean and puts a good even layer on my third child's bottom. After i apply i simply wipe the remaining portion (which is significantly less than what would be on my fingers) on the inside of his new diaper. It's super easy, super efficient, and well worth the price. I'm sure the amount of cream I'm not wasting pays for the tool. I wish i had this for my first two kids, and it's definitely going to be a baby shower gift this year.

This combo duo is great for home and the diaper bag. You are safely and successfully able to apply any diaper rash cream without using your hands. The travel case included is an extra bonus that easily washes with water and soap. The appliance itself is silicone and also washes/ wipes away easy.

At the beginning of my third (3) pregnancy I walked down the aisles looking at all the new gizmos and gadgets for babies. My husband and I specifically stopped to discuss this item. What a silly thing, right? Who can't just use the good old free finger technique (ew)? Then we had MONTHS of ear infections. In case you aren't familiar: ear infections = antibiotics = explosive stool. Because I was going through so much diaper rash cream/antifungal/Vaseline, I began buying in the large jars. Have you ever tried to stick your hand in a jar of diaper rash cream and/or Vaseline? You do not leave said jar unscathed. This product is soft for babies bums and it is flexible for the hard to reach areas of the jar. This product is so easy to clean AND the quality is great. I have 2 full size applicators and 1 travel sized. I did only give 4/5 stars regarding the suction because the suction will eventually unseal and you'll find your baby bum spatula on the floor. However, it WILL stay for the duration of a single diaper change.

This is a baby must-have! Anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong. The correct and effective way to apply diaper rash cream is to apply a thick layer, which is really hard to do with your finger, as it thins it out. Logically, that cream would be mostly ineffective since it rubs against the diaper and doesn’t provide a barrier. THIS tool provides the barrier. My daughter had the WORST diaper rash just the other night and with 1 thick application of some amazing cream using this tool, she woke up e next morning with it perfectly healed! I used it with her for the past two years since she was a newborn and this is my second for my soon to arrive newborn! I definitely recommend for not only parents but especially any caregivers/babysitters. Don’t let your pride of “I don’t mind touching my own baby’s butt” get in the way of you utilizing such an awesome product to care for your baby!

This has been so helpful to have. It allows us to apply diaper cream quickly and easily without it being a mess. The suction on the bottom is especially smart so you can put it down and finish diapering without having to worry about getting diaper cream on anything else.

I love the baby bum brush! I don't think they had these when I had my other children. My middle child used to get chronic diaper rashes and would need bum cream applied at every diaper change. I was always scrubbing diaper cream off my hands and I ended up with dry, chapped skin because of it. When I was having my 3rd child, I heard about this product and couldn't wait to try it out. I feel like the bum cream applies more evenly and the clean up is so easy. The suction bottom is very helpful for when it still has cream on it and i need a minute to fasten baby's diaper before cleaning up. I love that it stays suctioned to my shelf and doesn't fall over. I have literally bought this product for 4 baby showers in the past year because I love it so much. I consider this a must have product!
