The #1 baking vessel for bread is... the bread pan. The most common baking vessel for no-knead bread is... the Dutch oven. The time has come to develop a no-knead recipe with ingredients, and baking temperature & times specifically designed for the bread pan.Recipes includesโฆโTraditionalโ No-Knead Breadโฆ proofs 8 to 12 hours-Country White Bread (First โtraditionalโ loaf)-Cheddar Cheese Bread (bread pan)-Multigrain Country White Bread (bread pan)-Honey Whole Wheat Bread (bread pan)No-Knead โTurboโ Breadโฆ ready to bake in 2-1/2 hours-Country White โTurboโ Bread (First โTurboโ loaf)-Country White Bread (bread panโฆ garnished with sesame seeds)-Multigrain Country White Bread (bread panโฆ garnished with oats)Additional Recipes-Beer Bread (bread pan)-Honey Oatmeal Bread (bread pan | garnish)-Harvest 8 Grain Whole Wheat Bread (bread pan)-Deli Rye Bread (bread pan)-Mediterranean Olive Bread (long loaf pans | half loaves | baste)-Cinnamon Raisin Bread (small bread pan)-Italian Sesame Sandwich Bread (poor manโs Dutch oven)-Garlic Bread (poor manโs Dutch oven | long loaf pans)Hi Iโm Steve. My YouTube channel is โArtisan Bread with Steveโ on which I have a series of educational videos demonstrating how to make a variety of no-knead breads and these cookbooks support the videos giving me the ability to go into greater detail regarding the dynamics of making no-knead bread (a level of detail I couldnโt fit in a video) while they give my readers and subscribers a convenient vehicle for reading and using recipes. Even if you arenโt thinking about making bread you will find this and interesting book to read. Thanks โ Steve

Highly Recommended!
Great book - Great bread! Almost doesn't feel right that homemade bread this good could be this easy. I'm not sure that I even qualify as an amateur baker and although my first two "loaves" looked patrons from the Star Wars bar, they sure tasted good. Easy to follow directions, minimal hardware, minimal ingredients, and minimal effort were all things I thought were great. If I can make bread with the recipes and institutions from this book, I think anyone could.

The second best book on baking bread.
This is a very simple method. Anyone can make bread this way. Lots of variety. All the ones I have made taste wonderful. The best book is "My No-Knead Bread Cookbook: From the Kitchen of Artisan Bread with Steve by Steve Gamelin." I have both and use both. In addition, his YouTube pages have very watchable how to's. Well worth the price.

Steve is a bread making genius
I would have added a photo but the honey oat bread I made was eaten up before I had a chance.I ran across Steve on YouTube. Be sure to watch a few of his videos. He makes bread making easy and organized. I have made three of his recipes and every one was amazing.I had avoided bread making because it seemed so tedious with all that kneading and rising. Not any more. Bread making is easier than I could have believed. Thank you Steve!

Awesome book! You may never buy bread again!
This is the book for people who don't want to ever buy bread again. No excuses anymore for me anymore. Simple ingredients and instructions. There are also links in the e book to the you tube videos. If I had found this method earlier, I would not have invested in a new stand mixer! One typo (I think) I found is on the caraway rye, I think it should be 14 oz water instead of 16. 16 made dough too wet and 14 works.

Great recipes
The reason for 3 stars is that the book is filled with spelling and other errors. Very much in need of an editor. However, from the recipes I learned a lot that I put to use in the very practical task of baking bread.

Get it now!!!
Well this book and the YouTube support videos started an Absolutely Awesome cooking Adventure. I sold my breadmaker and got much better results with the recipes and premixes too!!

So simple and so good
This is the bread making method I have been waiting for! I was amazed at how easy and labour-free it was, and the great results. I think the section on bread pans is more useful for US readers than UK, but the recipes gave me a lot to work with and inspiration to devise my own using the same basic idea.

User
Easy to follow instructions
Who knew bread could be so easy? Not me!! I find kneading so boring, Iโd far rather wait 24 hours or so for my bread, and itโs just as delicious!
