Glass pot seems too thin and broke after a week. Love the coffee maker itself. Bought a sturdier replacement pot and am very happy.

I love this coffee maker. It is easy to use and the brew time does not take forever. We have used the cold brew option only a handful of times (will use it more as the warmer weather gets here) but loved it. It is nice to have the option to make hot or cold coffee. We have had it quite awhile and it is reliable. Recommend.

The brand name is older than I am. This coffee maker is easy to use. Prevents drips on to the burner. Brews fairly quickly. Lets you actually taste the special blend of coffee grounds you paid the extra money for. Overall worth the price. Would definitely buy again but its a black and decker so it will out live me.

The package came in on time, and was in perfect condition, ive been using it daily and I have to say...I love it. I was alil hesitant on buying it but im happy I did, I like that I can set the clock and timer for it to be ready in the moring, I havent tried the ice coffee but soon I will but im sure it will be as great as hot coffee..

Buyer beware. I got this to replace my Braun that was very sturdy and liked how this had a cold brew option, but this machine and carafe are very cheaply made. When I first set up the machine, I bumped into it and it almost flew off the counter. And with cats that like to jump on counters, I knew this would be an issue but I tried it out anyway.It makes good coffee. But I cant recommend this machine.After only a few rounds in the dishwasher, the carafe SHATTERED when I took it out of the dishwasher the next morning. I've only had something like this happened when I worked with a commercial dishwasher and the glasses were extremely old.Just terrible how cheaply made this is even for $50. If you value your safety avoid this machine. Im returning and not buying Black & Decker coffee makers again.
