I bought Silca Chain Stripper expecting a cleaner chain. What I got was a chemistry experiment that actually worked! It made prepping my chain for waxing ridiculously easy, cutting through factory grease without endless scrubbing or mysterious black fingerprints on everything I touched. My chain is cleaner, quieter, and somehow I spend less time pretending I'll clean the drivetrain "next weekend." Highly recommended—it's the only stripper that's guaranteed to leave your chain looking better afterwards.

I’ve tried all sorts to strip my chain, even after several dunks in alcohol it won’t clean your chain as good as this stuff, the oil and dirt just well get stripped it’s as simple as that, expensive but the best

Expensive but works well as pre-wax clean. Just need to get coffee filters and a funnel to re-use cleaner.

Quality stripper, used with their hot wax system it last a long time if filtered back into the bottle with a coffee filter paper

It's very simple: works 100% as advertised. Brilliant product!

The product is great. It arrived and it had leaked. It was bubble wrapped in a plastic courier bag. The bottle therefore wasn't full and the liquid contaminated the bag and bottle so the label has started to peel off. There was a bung in the bottle but was ineffective. The seal had broken. For an expensive fluid its isn't great. Luckily you don't need much to clean the chain.

This degreaser works well and gets your chain very clean however normal degreaser from your local DIY shop at half the price works just as well. Very expensive for what it is. Probably wouldn’t buy it again and just use normal automotive degreaser. Only 3 stars due to price for a small bottle.

so I bought two bottles of this stuff. I have only used about 1.25 bottles give or take however. The first bottle I used was for a 100 link 7 speed chain that had about 700 miles on it and I was doing the normal lubing and degreasing on this chain every 50-100 miles. I used the bottle instead of my normal degreasing stuff and it really knocked out all the gunk from the chain and was super easy to use. I ended up using about 50-75% of the bottle to do 2 washes till it became clean on the 3rd wash and the chain felt completely stripped and ready for waxing. the second bottle I bought I used about 50% of for two washes of a never used 100 link 7 speed chain and after the second wash it felt completely stripped of all the factory grease. this stuff is kinda expensive for how little is in the bottle but if you want to wax your chain it makes it so easy and straight forwards and since you only have to do it once the cost of it kinda becomes a nonissue since you will be getting more milage from your more expensive parts and not have to spend more time/money on cleaning/degreasing.
