Everything works great except the camera and customer service
Great microscope for at home fun at a good price. I had issues getting the camera connected and eventually gave up. About 6 months later I finally decided to try again and I reached out to the seller through Amazon and they were responsive and able to help me resolve my issue. Originally I tried emailing them directly, which I do not recommend as they were unresponsive.

Good product but difficult customer service with company
I had difficulty using the camera (blank screen on live image) so tried to contact the company. Swift have been taken over by Motic (but have a different website for swift microscopes - swiftoptical.com) Their old website (swift microscopes) is no longer being monitored (could not contact them through this and 404 errors on website). Amazon customer service also had a difficult time finding contact info for the company. I eventually found the website on the back of the manual that was supplied. Contacted the new website for help today...yet to see if they respond. Amazon did offer a refund. In the end (as much as I hate to say this).....AI managed to help me sort out the issue with the camera (I needed to select auto exposure on the software). Have now decided to keep item as the quality of the microscope is good, the camera imaging quality is good, what you would expect for 5mp. I could decent images just sticking my phone through the viewer, but its a bit of a faff finding the right angle and keeping still. 5mp camera image was better with 4x lens than 10x.
